Purchase two large three toppings pan pizzas on Thursday, August 21, 2025. On August 22, I called and spoke with the manager Tisha at the Gen DeGaule location. I explained to her my dissatisfaction of both pizzas. it tastes like cardboard. The sauce was horrible. It looked more like two medium pieces supposed to large two large pizzas. The taste was just horrible, horrible She indicated that I should have call the same day of purchase therefore it’s nothing she could do as far as replacing them refund or anything. I’m so dissatisfied with the quality of pizza that I received. I will not go to that location ever again- Gen. DeGaule I will not I will not.

If you want RAW, COLD chicken then this is your spot. COLD pizza with NO sauce, also the place for you. Lastly if you pay for items and never actually get them, then run on down to this spot. And dont get it delivered with DoorDash! Unless, when you want your money back they tell you can’t do anything about because you used a delivery service that they force you to use. Waste of $51 for food that could’ve killed us. Staff could’ve have cared less.

Not only have I gotten excellent service as a doordash driver picking up orders, I have also gotten excellent food from there as well. Even in times of what seems to be higher than usual volume they are very attentive and go above and beyond for their customers.

Went in for my birthday 11/26/1985. To come pick up a pizza that I thought I ordered from pizza Hut. But it was dominoes. Sigh! I love pizza Hut you ld the manager it was my birthday which it was she verified and got some free bread sticks.

It was 10:27 pm when I called to ask if they were still taking orders and the guy told me they aren’t but they’re taking pick up orders. It was 3 mins after until I placed the order mind you it was still 10:30pm and they close at 11:00pm I walked in the store the guy at the register told me that “It’s customers like me that don’t appreciate them”with a attitude & “they have to still close the store and I placed a order late”. As a customer if you aren’t taking any ORDERS at all the store should be closed, I shouldn’t be talked to rudely that’s poor customer service. It was a big heavy set guy with braids in a ponytail that was rude. It will be a while until I return back to this location other than that my food was fresh and hot.
