You get a lot of value for a $16 all you can eat lunch. (Sure dinner is nice as well.) Kids love the robot food runners and cooking at tour table. I found the service very obliging and helpful and the food very good.

This is a really great place. Our server was Mandel he was great he was very attentive. He made us feel very comfortable and we had everything we needed from the time we came in til the time we left. I absolutely love how the food is rolled out to your table. I will definitely go back.

I’m a KBBQ fan, but it was my first time at this new location. Overall, it was great. Meat and sides were really fresh. Decor was very modern and their delivery system is obviously high tech (robots!). Service was phenomenal! Shout out to Spencer and Kristina, who made our experience fantastic!

We spent Feb 15th here at Gen to celebrate Valentine’s day and our anniversary. Super surprised with the new technological way of serving the order to the table, fast and efficient! The service from the humans was friendly, caring and attentive. We had a great time celebrating our first anniversary there and enjoying a delicious meal! Would definitely go there again!

Affordable at lunch and expensive at dinner, I ate during lunch time and had an ok experience. Drink service on refills was slightly lacking for our party of 4, and it took us almost 2 hours to eat. We were constantly cooking food, it just seemed to take longer than other self-grill locations I’ve been to. Supposedly there’s a robot that delivers food to the table, but it wasn’t running during my visit. I may go back on special occasions, but I wasn’t horribly impressed.

A little to fancy for me. I called explaining I’ve never been there and I told them when I got there. But still wasn’t warned about all the sides they crowd you with and how you have to cook for your meats. I am a laid back person and it seemed to much for me. I am going through a lot and I just got emotional. It’s looks great and the staff were wonderful. But in my opinion you have to be in the mood to go there and maybe just you and friends. Not a laid back birthday meal.

It been over 10 year when I last went to a Korean BBQ, They were helpful of how I should order. The menu was a bit boring to read. Love how the place look inside plus they have these robotics trays that run between the booths and you can pick up your food there. I wish they do have bigger tables, they do have big plates (some are unnecessary big) so it get real crowded really fast but the waiters are quick to pick up the plates. I love to go again, the Hawaiian steak was my party favorite.

Great good and great place but service could be better. I honestly think the management isn’t that great compared to the other Gen bbqs. They have a self serving robot that delivers you meat, but it can take a while when you eat during a rush hour. Waiter and waitresses may not be available at all times due to how little staff they have. If you can eat at the other gen bbqs, I’d suggest to do so. However, if you have the patience, the quality is pretty much the same.

I’ve been her a lot of times, wife and kids love it here. Only 1 time we had bad service even though we technically had 2 waiters. We sat in the top loft area. I blame the fact that we were sandwiched between big groups. Other than that always good service good tasting food.

Great staff service. Danielle was superb. She was quick and was also coming back to the table to check to see if I needed anything else. The night was quite busy. Lots of parties of 10+ but the customer service managed to assist everyone.
