Heard about this place and yes it’s hard to get someone on the phone because they are all working. Difficult to book because they are well worth it. Walked in with my Valentine on Valentine Night and was able to get a nice table. Ordered the mussels as an appetizer and they were so flavorful that I had to order a second order. Dinner was Sea-bass with potatoes which I enjoyed everything about. My date had the pasta. The wine was fruity and so worth it. I loved everything about LILIA. Customer service, the attention to detail for everyone. Nothing was left on the table, it was cleared immediately after consumption. Well worth it all. Total recommendation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super friendly staff and a great place to spend an evening catching up with friends. We booked a 6pm patio table, so we didn’t see much of the inside, but it was packed so reservations are a must.

The patio was perfect though, plenty of separation from the sidewalk and a comfortable setup. Most importantly, the food was fantastic. It’s not cheap, but the portions were fair and everything felt thoughtfully prepared with real attention to detail.

If I were to recommend two things, it would be the focaccia and the agnolotti, they were the table favorites.

Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend it.

I usually hear people going before they open to get a table, and was so excited that I was able to reserve online!

The staff were nice and helpful with deciding our orders, and we were glad that we did not skip on the focaccia!

I was way too full afterwards, so I think the 2 of us could’ve just gotten one pasta instead of 2 (or just one appetizer)!

I went here for dinner.

The place had zero heat. It was about four degrees today in New York City.

We ordered two appetizers and two mains.

Mains:
Pasta was nice.

Sea bass was ok.

Appetizers:

I don’t think I should have ordered the Bagna Cauda on such a cold day. It might be a good option for the summer.

Grill clam was boring.

I am not sure what to said about this experience other than it was very cold.

I had a great experience at Lilia. I ordered the salad and the lamb steak — the salad was fresh and well balanced, and the lamb steak had a really nice smoky flavor that made it stand out. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Honestly, no complaints at all. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would happily come back to.

The service at this place is truly amazing! The food is good, but nothing special enough to make me want to return. For the scallops, you only get two small pieces for $30.
The pastas we tried received big recommendations, but they were lacking flavor.
The only thing I liked is the apple crostata. I wish it came with ice cream not the creme fraiche.

Given all the hype was mildly disappointed by the experience!
The restaurant was drafty and cold (its a large converted space). Our partners had to put their jackets on at one point.

9/10 dishes were fantastic however they served the large lamb steak to share uncooked which was extremely dissappointing and ultimately we sent back to the kitchen. Not what you expect from one of the most talked about spots in town…

Perhaps it was an off day for the restaurant and kitchen!

My friend and I didn’t have a reservation so we got there 30 mins before it opened to wait in line on a Friday. We got seated immediately after opening. Our server was very nice and attentive, drinks were great and the food was delicious. Can’t wait to return.

The food was great and the service was top notch, however, it was freezing cold in the restaurant. And apparently, this was not due to equipment failure, this is just how it is. MIGHT come back sometime, but definitely not in the winter. Definitely soured the experience.
