They made my birthday great. Abby was the best friendliest server and I loved how Joe would check on how the food was and how my meal was going. My steak was perfect. Mashed potatoes very smooth and full of flavor. At the end of the night got surprised with a dessert. Perfect everything. Highly recommend

We had an excellent experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Anthony, our server, was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The manager was also great and checked in to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. They truly went above and beyond to make my birthday dinner feel special. Fantastic service all around, and we’ll definitely be back!

The restaurant is beautiful, and smells amazong as you walk in. I was at a sales pitch and got a set menu but even then the steak was cooked perfectly to the right temp, and the butter was amazing! I’ll definitely be going back! I don’t think it was the restaurant’s faylt, but the sales pitch I went to was a little disorganized in the service.

Had dinner at the unit located in Denver Downtown this week and they delivered an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The French onion soup was rich and perfectly balanced, with deep flavor and a beautifully melted cheese topping. The steak was expertly prepared (tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly as requested). The evening concluded with an exceptional crème brûlée, featuring a delicate custard and a perfectly caramelized crust.
The restaurant offers a quiet and refined atmosphere, ideal for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the remarkably attentive service. Carissa, George, Alec, and Zack were professional, welcoming, and consistently attentive. Their coordination and attention to detail made us feel genuinely well cared for throughout the entire evening.
The combination of excellent cuisine and truly outstanding hospitality made the experience memorable. Highly recommended.

Everything we had was delicious. They ended up over-cooking, then under-cooking my steak, but fixed it and upgraded it without issue. They were so kind and understanding. If you are having doubts about going here, don’t. It’s worth every penny.

July 2025 update. Passing back through Denver again headed back home to Oregon. We popped in here for my lady Birthday dinner since we on road trip. The lady at the front said they closed in 30 min which would be 2100, which I think is early. So, we sat at a table and had dinner but the lady helping us said to take our time as they seat you up until 2100. We both had the three course filet meal with garlic mashed, French onion soup and I had the cheesecake for dessert and my lady had the bread pudding, but we took dessert to go since we was stuffed. Great place to stop for a meal that tastes the same no matter where you are.
I’m passing through Denver and I have been to this Ruth’s Chris before and thought I reviewed it but apparently not. I was able to get immediate seating at the bar top which is what I prefer and got my drinks and food served pretty quickly. I had the chicken on this occasion because I was at a Ruth’s. Chris in Boise, Idaho a few days ago and had steak so I decided to go for the chicken because I want a healthier option. I don’t think there is a healthy option. The chicken was delicious but it looks like it comes covered with butter and lots of salt. I also have the cream spinach with just a root signature dish and pretty good. Along with the gambler’s old fashioned, I also had a couple glasses of wine. I noticed in this Ruth’s Chris that kids can sit in the bar area and others they cannot. This one is close to the Colorado convention center so it’s a really good location downtown.

We finished with the carrot cake, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better one. Great red wine selection as well — everything we had was very good.

On the standard side, you get the white tablecloth and a fancy steak knife. George and Carissa took absolutely great care of us during happy hour and beyond. We always love to come to this location when in Denver and will continue to do so. We recommend the ravioli and the sliders as well as the Ahi dish. All fantastic. Do yourself a favor and show up here at 4pm for some amazing food in an elegant setting with excellent service.

I came in for a business meeting held in the conference room. Unfortunately, the seating arrangement made the experience very uncomfortable. Instead of smaller tables for 2–4 people, we were all seated at one long rectangular table with 10 people. We were shoulder-to-shoulder with strangers, which made it uncomfortable to sit, eat, and try to focus on the meeting. The room itself was small, overcrowded, and very loud. The presentation lasted only 10–15 minutes, but the wait between the salad appetizer and the entrée was 1 hour and 20 minutes. For a planned business event where the restaurant knew how many guests were attending, this delay was disappointing. We were given one small loaf of bread to share among 10 people, and it wasn’t pre-cut. People were tearing it apart by hand, which was not appealing. The same issue applied to the shared sides — a small plate of mashed potatoes and spinach for the entire table. Sharing in such large groups simply doesn’t work well. Smaller tables of 2–4 people would have made much more sense. On a positive note, my medium steak was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Thank God I didn’t have to share my entrée…. The mashed potatoes were standard. However, the creamed spinach was not good — it had an unpleasant smell and taste. Drinks were also never refilled, and dessert took so long that I chose not to wait for it and left early. I strongly suggest offering a larger conference space for business events, seating guests at smaller tables, and improving service timing. When you know a large group is coming, preparation should reflect that. I enjoy trying new restaurants, especially steakhouses, but unfortunately this experience was disappointing and not one I would return for. This restaurant is ideal for couples or small groups – not a conference or meeting.
