This was a very nice place. Our waiter was awesome. He was actually pretty funny and had quite a bit of charisma. I really liked him alot. He was a tall dude that had long hair and quite a few tattoos I recall. He took excellent care of us. Topped our drinks off fast and helped me get a printed receipt I could turn into work. We got our food really fast as well. It all tasted great and was a pleasant experience. I would definitely come back to this location.

We actually did a pickup order. It was ready within 30 minutes and there were six people that I ordered for. Everything was hot and correct. I have small children also and the ladies at the to go center answered all of my 6-year-olds questions. It made him so happy that they didn’t ignore him!

Ate here on Halloween and our service was great! Our waiter was kind, attentive, and jovial. Our food was great. The only slight disappointment is that $3 for a side of fries is what you see there on the plate (bottom left). Not many, but still made for a great meal. Will be coming back here, probably the best Chili’s experience I’ve had.

Wow! I can’t remember the last time we were greeted so enthusiastically when walking in the door of any eating establishment. Seriously. You wouldn’t think it’s a big deal – but…it really kinda IS! (My only regret is I neglected to make note of the greeter’s name – but whoever he is – HANG ON TO HIM!!) It set the tone for the entire meal for us! As SOON as we were seated, our server, Jessie, greeted us and took our beverage orders. Now. Jessie is AMAZING! So attentive and sweet – got our orders put in quickly and accurately AND kept our beverages topped off! We went with the $10.99 “3 For Me” Big Smasher Burger with fries, chips/salsa and a drink. C’mon. For $10.99 – I was expecting a little slider sized burger, skimpy amount of fries and a small bowl of chips…right? NOPE! First they bring out 2 huge (the sharing size!) baskets of chips with a generous bowl of salsa! Folks. This is a meal in itself! Then the Big Smasher Burgers with fries came out – FULL ENTREE SIZE!! No cutting corners. No downsizing. Everything was full of flavor, the burger was juicy and the fries were properly crisp on the outside with a tender tatery center! The Johnson City Chili’s has set the bar for a fun place to gather with friends – and great value without sacrificing quality! Well done!

Haven been there in years. We ordered White cheese skillet with chips. I was not impressed, the chips were cold, very thin and the white cheese was very thick, the chips would break. My hubby ordered the Fajitas, he said it was good. I ordered the trio appetizer for a meal, 2 mini burgers, 2 mozzarella sticks, 3 chicken fingers. Good but took a lot home. Waitress was very good.

Very disappointed. Ordered 4 tenders, that came with fries and their new Mac and cheese. The noodles in the Mac and cheese were not cooked thoroughly. Told the server. He brought out another bowl. Same exact problem. How can a kitchen staff not know that a dish is not right and allows it to be served? Speaking of the server, he was all business-like. Not really friendly. Not happy with this visit.

My family took me out for my birthday. The appetizers, meals, drinks, and desserts were very good. Our waiter was top notch. Chili’s needs to advertise more. My granddaughter works at Cheddar’s, yet we ate here. It was a awesome time.
