Best decision I ever made, we had just stopped at a gas station to fill up as we were heading home (Texas) and I saw someone next to use eating what looked so delicious. My husband asked where she got the food and Boom here we are!!!!! The Food was absolutely delicious I honestly wanted to try everything they had cuz it all looked delicious. Can’t wait to pass through again!!! 10 out 10 ❤️

OMG. I would move here for the food and staff. Floyd Poche owner, gave us a personal tour of the back of the house and history. Clean friendly staff great food. He also sales and ships. You must stop by. Not far of I-10.

Poche is a great place to get catering for an event or host an event. I had them to smoke some chicken for my event. The pricing was great and I was able to add some pieces at the place. The customer service was great as well. The gentleman did a great job helping me and when I picked up my order the young lady was great as well. It’s a great family oriented business. They serve food as well. I would definitely recommend them for your catering needs. You can bring already seasoned meat and they do a great job smoking it. The people loved the food I served.

Very disappointing. We are from out of town. Last year at this same time we ordered gumbo and it was fantastic. Full of sausage, shrimp and rice. It was very good.
This year we ordered the same gumbo. It had some sausage, some chicken, no shrimp and little rice and we ordered extra rice.
The one thing is had plenty of was juice/soup, it was very, very liquidly and the sodium was through the roof. It was very disappointing. Amazing what a year difference makes.
For the price we paid it should have been at least adequate.
At this time it is not recommended.

Even the other customers are so friendly and willing to engage in visiting, or telling where to find other great places near there. If you want cooked food cajun style you can’t find better.If you want to buy food to cook and prepare yourself well they got dat too. Drinks, sweets, yep you guessed it got dat also. Do yourself a favor and swing by for good home town people service and food.

Very good food. We always stop here when traveling that way. The hood food is so delicious. There are very good food in the refrigerator and frozen sections. I love the fried cabbage and Crab pasta along with the frozen shrimp Creole and frozen crawfish cereal.
