This was WORTH THE HYPE!

I’ve seen a couple people complain about the dryness and the fact that they run out quickly.

Line was long, but that’s normal for a new place… and it was worth the wait. Unfortunately, sometimes good food has to be waited for! I had a blueberry cloud croissant, it was the perfect mix of fluffy, crispy, and not too sweet. I ended up having a different croissant sandwich later after being in the fridge for 4 hours: still tasted just as good and was not dry at all. The little gem treats are also really yummy, I enjoyed that a lot.

Workers were very nice, coffee was also great and you get a very large size for what you pay for.

Yes, it’s more expensive, but it’s also very large quantities. I could not finish the croissant in one sitting.

Overall, it was delicious and I highly recommend it!!!

Paris Croisserie in Lubbock is such a gem. The pastries are fresh, buttery, and perfectly flaky. Everything looked and tasted delicious. The croissants are the obvious standout, but the other baked goods are just as impressive and beautifully presented.

The owners and staff were so friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee and pastry on the go or meeting someone for a relaxed morning or afternoon, it’s the kind of spot you’ll want to come back to again and again. So glad there is a place like this in Lubbock and Highly recommend!

Atmosphere was great the Employees were really nice. The sweet croissant was so good but the savory croissant could’ve been better. There was absolutely barely any avocado salmon or cream cheese in it and we paid $11 for it. Put a picture of it and it looks kind of sad honestly kind of disappointed. Because I was really looking forward to the savory croissant with the salmon, but there was nothing in it.

Visited during their soft opening maybe even grand opening on Saturday Feb 28th? No advertisement for the opening that I could find on their social media? It was packed. They were scrambling, but they did a good job. Unfortunately for us they were out of some items. It seemed like they hired plenty of staff to keep up with the demands that day.
Plenty of dining space. They remodeled the store in a cute way.
We tried the Italiano, grilled chicken cheese, pistachio cream, and sofa croissants. The Italiano was unexpectedly delicious. It was bursting with flavor. The grilled chicken cheese one was more basic. The sofa shaped croissant was nice with chocolatey flavor and texture. The pistachio one was my favourite- light and fluffy with a beautifully balanced pistachio cream. We had a hot Paris Tiramisu Latte and a hot Caramel cloud mocha latte. They were good but a little sweet.
Their creations look beautiful and were just as tasty would highly recommend Paris Croisserie to anyone.
Parking is a kind of rough because in front of the store there is very little parking. The shopping center has plenty of parking farther away.

I had the privilege to sample a few of the items Paris Croisserie Bakery will be offering. When I picked them up, they were still warm and boy they were tasty!!! I had two Pain au Chocolat and one Italiano Croissant.
The pain au chocolat was flaky with a slight crunch yet still soft and not dry at all! The chocolate was just sweet enough but not over the top to where I couldn’t finish it all in one sitting haha.
The Italiano croissant was savory and full of flavor. The crust was flavorful and had a great crunch from the sesame seeds. There was a slight amount of heat (not spicy) from the filling that just hit the spot.
I shared bites with my family and they all gave their thumbs up of approval for each treat they tried. I will DEFINITELY be waiting with exited anticipation for their grand opening!

Where do I even begin? The atmosphere was amazing. They’ve clearly put so much thought and detail into the shop, and the employees might have been even better than the food… (almost, LOL). Everyone was incredibly helpful while explaining the different pastries, and they genuinely looked happy to be there, which made the experience even better. Now let’s talk about the pastries… delicious! I actually had the opportunity to try some before they officially opened, and the consistency is amazing. The fact that they’re able to perfect the recipes and keep them so consistent really shows the care and effort that goes into what they’re making. They’re perfectly flaky with fillings that aren’t too sweet or too tart; just right. They only opened this past week, so please give them a little grace as they continue working on their systems to better serve the community. The Dubai Croissant has been my absolute favorite so far. Honestly, there’s nothing on the menu you wouldn’t like. And the coffee? WOW. 10/10.

Their croissants truly stand out — perfectly golden on the outside, light and flaky on the inside, and rich in buttery flavor. The strawberry croissant in particular was exceptional, with just the right balance of sweetness and texture. They also offer a great selection of cakes, sandwiches, and savory pastries, making it a wonderful spot for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon treat.

The coffee pairs beautifully with the pastries, and the presentation of everything feels thoughtfully done. On top of that, the staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even more enjoyable.

If you’re looking for authentic French-style baked goods in a relaxed and charming setting, Paris Croisserie is definitely worth a visit. I’ll absolutely be coming back to try more from their menu.

Very good pastries and cute environment. However, there are some concerning food service behaviors I witnessed.

As someone with food service experience I have some feedback, if these are addressed I’d be happy to edit my review for a full 5 stars! I really want this establishment to be successful, lubbock desperately needed a patisserie such as this:

1. Upfront bakery case employees should have hair back, no exceptions. I saw two ladies with hair dangling down, grazing peoples’ selections.

2. Glove changes must be frequent in-between guests. Saw two employees wear them while touching several surfaces and their hair/face.

3. Sandwiches with meat, eggs, and dairy must be stored at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or prepared to order. This is mandated by the health department.

There were meat and dairy items actively sitting in an air temp bakery case, if done for 2 or more hours you’re risking food borne illness. Cheese was waxy looking and meat was dried in some places.

4. Staff members actively working on food should never be seen eating. I watched a woman eat from a bowl and then go back to preparing pastries without gloves. This is concerning.

5. Lastly, prices and names should be clearly and consistently marked.

I highly recommend the ham & cheese, pistachio cream, and double chocolate croissants. Can’t wait to go back and try the eggs Benedict and the fruit gems (they were sold out when we went).
