I have never done a review before because I’m a college student and I get what I get and don’t throw a fit. But I did this time. I ordered my food after 20 minutes drove to the location just to see that this was posted on the door. Now I wouldn’t have been upset if I hadn’t already ordered my food and I didn’t see it through the window with my name on the tag and already had it payed for. The lady on the phone that took my order was also the one that answered when I called them asking what was going on. She seemed confused and said that she would connect me to that location. But obviously they didn’t answer. I had to call the one on E. Main St. thankfully they gave it to me for free. Papa Johns this is very unprofessional of you. I would’ve at least preferred a call back or my money back.

I ordered 3 large pizzas for carry out around 1pm and the workers on 4/18/2024 were so nice. I had issues with my debit card and they were so patient with me. I appreciate them and had to put in a positive review! The pizza was great too and they didn’t forget the extra sauces I ordered separately!!

My family and I have ordered from Papa Johns twice recently. The first time, the delivery driver would not get out of their vehicle to deliver the pizza to the door. Since they just sat there, we went to the vehicle to get the pizza. Today, our delivery driver drove into our yard, parked the car there and brought the pizza to the door. We let the driver know that’s absolutely ridiculous and that he should not be driving into someone’s yard instead of the driveway. His name is Deiby. Both of these drivers were delivering pizza for Papa Johns through door dash. We won’t be ordering from Papa Johns again.

The last 2 times I ordered I was scammed by them! First time I ordered online. 2 hours go by and didn’t received my food. Me and kids waited and nothing was received. Tonight they took my money over the phone and did not received my food again. I was told that I would’ve been contacted within 48 hours and still haven’t been called for the first time I ordered. Me and my children will never support papa johns I’m highly disappointed.
UPDATE: Right when I was cut my porch light off I get a knock & it’s my pizza & it’s cold! It doesn’t taster good. Waste of money.

I use this location over any others. Convenient location, very friendly and professional staff that is always working so hard, convenient drive up and drive thru options, as well as always serving up the best pizza and other menu items!!always new menu items to try! Food is cooked to perfection every time, as if it was their own. The general manager is also very very kind and professional! I had one small mistake, that could’ve easily happened when I was ordering on my end honestly. Brantlie, (the GM) went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of by personally reaching out to me. I will continue to use this Papa Johns a few times monthly! Love them! ❤️ Keep up the good work team!
