A really good experience our server Dell was amazing she took really good care of us really good experience haven’t had an experience like this in a long time give that lady a raise she’s a type of employee you want to keep.. contrast it with the other waffle House down the street in Gastonia which we had a horrible experience at this place shines brightly. Definitely stop here for your breakfast.

I love me some waffle house. The breakfast staple of the south. Nothing beats a good breakfast from here and this location is definitely one of the better ones. The staff is kind and attentive and the food is great and affordable. I decided to order to go this time. Ordered the All American breakfast that comes with eggs, bacon (you can choose from other sides), hash browns, & a waffle. Thank you!

This place ! Let me tell you, the best service I’ve had. We’re in from Boston and the moment we walked in Jessie was very nice and welcoming. The food was great, they really gave us a homey feeling that I definitely don’t get up north. They even sang one of the girls their version of a happy birthday song. The beautiful woman I’m so sorry we didn’t catch your name we were talking to for a good while telling her our story made the song up in church! I felt like we’ve known these people our whole lives and we had just walked in the door! Came in as strangers left with friends. Real southern hospitality and I will definitely be back! ❤️

Being a 50 year Waffle House patron I have had never had anything other than good experiences at WH until today. The limited menu was understandable but from the manager on down, their goal seemed to be to convince people they were not welcome. Not one person I interacted with was happy or positive and our servers desire to clear our table after each bite was annoying. Pass on this place. A cold bologna sandwich along eaten in the car would be a more pleasurable experience.

It was extremely cold outside this morning. I was soon to make a road trip and needed breakfast. The atmosphere was okay. I seated myself at a booth. A waitress came over in like 5 min. I placed my order. I was given part of my order and had to wait on the other part which I always received together bc they compliment each other. The waitress had to ask the cook about it twice. I got it about 7 bites into my pecan waffle. I had to ask about it as well. I wasn’t happy. Maybe they were short of help but the cook was a really elderly man. I got my what I ordered just late. I still left a tip bc the waitress was kind

If chaos had a breakfast menu, it would be Waffle House. You don’t come here for peace and quiet, you come for action, entertainment, and hash browns that could probably fix your mood and your transmission.
Now let’s talk about Latasha, the queen of the Waffle Kingdom. That woman runs the floor like she’s hosting the Grammys and refereeing a wrestling match at the same time. She’s loud, she’s hilarious, and she’s got a voice that could cut through a hurricane. One second she’s yelling “ORDER UP!” like she’s summoning the Lord, and the next she’s cracking jokes and making sure no one’s getting harassed by the local sidewalk committee.
Despite all the wild energy, she didn’t miss a beat. My coffee never went empty, my food came out hot, and she somehow managed to keep the place in line like a seasoned drill sergeant with a heart of gold.
The chocolate chip pancakes were straight up dessert for breakfast, fluffy, gooey, and dangerous. The grits were smooth, buttery perfection. Between the food, the laughs, and Latasha’s comedic volume control, it was one of the most entertaining meals I’ve ever had.
If Michelin gave stars for personality, this Waffle House would have three, all of them belonging to Latasha.

Went to this establishment today for breakfast. I found out today this establishment do Uber eats orders. My opinion is that they are really ready for the rush. Walk in customer get push to the side. I waited for my breakfast to go for 40 minutes. I will not visit this establishment again. Not Organize at all. Work on it, you will loose customer.
