First time here for a large family event. Service was excellent. And the food was even better. We had the crispy chile relleno and it was shockingly good. I can’t wait to go back.

Came here after church. They were busy but were able to seat us in only about 10 minutes. I ordered the cilantro chicken, and it was delicious! I also ordered a side of guacamole, and I was a little disappointed. The salsa was also not the best. My associate’s food wasn’t great either. She ordered the cheese enchiladas with red sauce and said the tortilla was tough and the sauce was watery. All in all, this place is ok. Definitely try it once while in town.

This was my first time visiting Leal’s. As soon as we were seated a server bought out salsa and chips. Our server Krisly was friendly and courteous. She did an excellent job of checking on us once we got our food. The food came out hot and the amount of food was more than I expected. We had 3 adults share one sopaipilla. If you are ever in Clovis, NM and have a taste for Mexican Cuisine, Leal’s is the place to go.

When they offered to carry to my car I was so thankful. After I paid they withdrew their offer by walking away only because they made a mistake and the 2nd bag wasn’t mine. My bag was still heavy. The help they offered would have been nice. Every menu I looked at said the full family pack came with two teas. I was told there was a price change and only one tea was included. Raise the price and take away content confused me. Actually the way it was put to me made no sense.

The food was amazing. Fresh and seasoned perfectly. Desert portions are mind blowing and amazing. Our waitress was super sweet, helpful and took care of every need. We highly recommend this place for wonderful Mexican food and also their alcoholic beverages are amazing.

I visited Leal’s because it was highly recommended. There was no wait as zi went alone. The atmosphere was good, and the waitress serving my table was awesome.
The food was ok, nothing special about the chicken enchiladas dish I had. I was disappointed as my waitress explained the menu to me before I ordered, and once I requested the reminder of my order, someone informed her that the deal, which included a drink, ended at 2.
Other than the misunderstanding of the menu, my first visit was ok. I will try a second visit and a different dish.

I had the Leal’s Deluxe Dinner that included a crispy relleno! Great Dinner!! I had a full dinner and lunch to take to work! It was really good! I don’t normally go to Mexican restaurants. I’m super picky about Mexican food. I will definitely return.

I ordered a meal for pickup and was asked to leave a tip for 18-25%. I don’t understand why I am being confronted to pay a tip for take-out?? Very irritating. Also, got my food home and it was missing half the ingredients. The beef was also undercooked. I called the manager, who was very nice, and refunded the meal. However, this is the second time I have been unimpressed with this restaurant and I won’t return again.

Service was awesome and so was the food. I’ve neve had green chicken enchiladas and the waitress suggested it, I’ve been missing out. These babies were full of flavor and the green sauce had a kick to it which made it all the better. We liked all the flavors in the margaritas sampler and it was only $9!
