My New Yorker with both meats comes with a dab of spicy brown mustard and toasted bread. It’s very dry. They do provide additional condiments to the right of the ordering counter on a shelf. I added more mustard but would order it again with no mustard and thousand Island dressing on the side. I would also ask that the bread not be toasted. The wife’s Italian hero was excellent as were her potato side order. $34.50 for two sandwiches and a drink. About average for a lunch anymore.
*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous un-discriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do yourself a favor, trust me, flavorful, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees, but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don’t get to pick one. We don’t care about your allergies, vibes, how “chill” you feel, or the need for gluten free food.
**If you see a Google review posted with just stars & no text, report it via the 3 dot selection adjacent to the review. If the text in the review doesn’t describe the food/service report it. This cleans up Google reviews and removes the slugs just trying to get reviewer points by marking a star or “paid” reviewers.

You can see by there menu… great selection.
When all the delis in NYC(Katz’s 34.00 and look at the picture on their website) and LA. are selling pastrami sandwiches for 30-35 bucks and this place is selling for 14; I should have realized: 1. This ain’t no Jewish pastrami( didn’t even seem like Boars Head) awful, extremely fatty and tough, like everything a reasonable deli would cut off before selling.Soggy Rye bread. My goodness even the rye bread was salty, how does that happen. Strike 1.
I asked for a side of pickles, what I got was some Kroger pickles. in a tiny plastic container?! Strike 2.
On to the Italian: One of my favorites is a Calzone which I ordered: a little bit of mostly unseasoned cold cuts thimble full of red peppers and a LOT of cheese like this is going to make it ok; with a red sauce on the side that was awful;, basically also inedible, salty x 10; no spices I could discern. Strike 3.4.
Pastries on the other hand were nice, so minus .4 from the above but still equaling 3 strikes.
The prices for a good pastrami sandwich are ridiculous, but at least you can eat it.
PS My wife says they have been there for years and people love it…and….puhleese
It’s very popular so can be busy.
