My husband and I are regulars at the IHOP on Little Road & 287 in Arlington. We feel like family when we visit. The food is consistently delicious, but the service and wait staff are WHY we return for our Saturday morning breakfast dates. Nihad is an absolute treasure. She was the reason we started feeling like we were family. She remembered us and was always so welcoming. She even remembered our preferences. On our previous visit Mayra was our waitresses. On today’s visit, Getsemani was our waitress. Both women are friendly, attentive, professional, and extremely personable. We usually see Kayla on our way out and she is consistently professional, upbeat, and friendly as we pay out.

I always love coming to IHOP. It’s been a thing for me and my mom growing up, and with my dad and step mother as a haunter. Never have to wait too long, staff is friendly, and they are super nice if there is something you want to change!

Mayra provided outstanding service! She was kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Her energy was great, she stayed on top of our table, and she made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who’s so professional yet genuinely friendly. She’s definitely a big reason we’ll be coming back.

I had an excellent experience eating here this afternoon, a great improvement over my prior experience from several years ago. The wait staff was very attentive and active during my visit, though there were not a lot of patrons at the time. Their activity was reflected in the excellent appearance of the restaurant. It was very clean, picked up and organized, including the restroom. The quality of the food was outstanding. The chicken fried steak was large, well prepared, along with the eggs, hash browns and pancakes, and all were delicious. I am delightfully surprised and impressed. It shows the effectiveness of management to quality hiring and training of the staff. Thank you for a great experience.

Honestly the best IHOP experience I’ve had in at least 10 years. Our server Mayra was very nice and attentive, my coffee cup was never empty more than a minute! The food was fantastic as well! I was with three friends and we all enjoyed our experience!
