Got a hot chocolate and coffee cake. Both of them were delicious! There were 4 employees behind the counter. One of them was actually working, baking something while making a drink. The other 3 employees however were laughing, talking, on their phones and ignoring the line of about 9 people out the door. After about 15 minutes, one of the slacker employees finally stopped talking with his coworkers and started taking orders. This location has a bench with a few stools to sit on. The bench has some free wireless charging pads, but all of them were broken on my visit and didnt give off any charge.

I cannot begin to express the hard work that the staff puts into everything they do at this Starbucks location. There is such a variety of amazing people that work here, and with such a positive attitude all the time. They make the best use of every moment, making drinks in precise and timely manners. The staff is always a welcome, refreshing start when I go into work at the beginning of the day, and just as sweet as im heading out the door at the end of my shift. I frequent this location at LEAST once a day,and never feel like I’m inconveniencing the staff when I come in with a huge order for my store.
I highly recommend coming to this location when you’re in the mall. :^)

Placed an app order and walked over after a couple minutes. When I arrived it wasn’t ready (no biggie) even though there was only 2 people waiting for one drink. Waited another 5-10 minutes watched several people walking in after me get served. Including an app order that was made after mine. As I am still waiting more customers arrive and a line starts. The employees increased from 3 to 4, still no order for me. When I interjected and ask why others whom were arriving after me were being served before me, was I then told my drink was coming out. It was handed to me about 30 seconds after my inquiry. Not sure what the disconnect is here, however 3-4 workers and waiting 15 min for one order?

I bought tall caramel latte with whipped, and ham and swiss sandwhich. But the girl gave me half of the coffee and its not even hot and no whipped cream. I don’t even know if its still new. Its upsetting me because We need to be careful now there is pandemic. I already left the mall so I can’t speak with the manager. This is very upsetting I bought a coffee trusting them that they will give my order properly. I was kind when I order my coffee and always say please and gave tip. Because I also work in that kind of environment..so I know how people work hard in the same work place. I don’t appreciate the experience I had in this starbucks..

I loved my chi late tea. I like the Barista that made my tea today 10/8/2019. He made it just right not too sweet, very creamy and spicy. Hope I could get it like this every time I go there.

Older lady with glasses and long brown hair is the rudest person ever. Snatching wrong orders out of hands of other people, and when it’s corrected, do you think I want a order after it’s been man handled by 3 people ,,, especially with COVID . Horrible service and product! I ordered a large coffee frappuchino and got a cup of milk. I asked for them to add some more coffee and the guy got offended and was very rude. After he remade my drink, it was as bad as the first time. Did not taste like coffee, but bug spray. I come very often to this mall, but I will never come back to this Starbucks! I will stick with Dunkin Donuts right upstairs. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!
