There’s never any point in ordering a large french fry from McDonald’s because they never fill it up. You’re better off ordering a medium it’ll have more fries than a large.

I usually frequent this McDonald’s establishments because the food is fresh and made correctly but the last few times I’ve gone order has been made incorrectly and modifications completely ignored. Tonight topped it. I don’t mind being charged for extra but at least give extra. And the cheese should be placed on the sandwich not the box. Fries were half cooked as well. I don’t think I’ll be back after tonight.

This is my favorite McDonald’s. There are 3 other McDonald’s closer to me and I go out of my way to visit this establishment every time but for the last 2-3 months, something is off. I’m always missing something and I’m used to not checking my bag because they always get it right. My food was always hot, especially the fries. But it doesn’t matter whether you dine in, do curbside or the drive thru, they are doing an awful job as of late. I dined in one day with my two daughters and after waiting and waiting and waiting, I finally went up front and said something and my food was just sitting off to the side behind the cashier and it was still incorrect. This was a dine in order, not to go. It was bagged up and WRONG. I mostly always do curbside. Now I’m always missing a fry or a 4 piece nugget or I’ve even been given 3 instead of 4 nuggets. Yesterday my love and I wanted to try out the new grinch meals. After leaving and opening the box, my fries and his were both medium when they were supposed to be a large. Also, we added extra cheese to our Big Mac meals. Neither of us got the extra cheese. And then my daughter only had a medium fry. The friendly employee went back and got them but I wish that I would have opened my box before pulling off. The food that I’m missing or extras that I’m adding to my order definitely adds up and because I am always on the go I don’t have the time to go back and complain but this is getting ridiculous. One time I waited curbside for almost 30 minutes before calling the restaurant and it was still wrong. Something has to give. What kept me coming here is my food always being hot, correct and the friendliness of the staff. Now it’s just the friendliness. But at what cost. Not sure if I’ll be back after this last time. I’m tired of losing out on money and food.

Ordered it from Uber eats. The order arrived cold. My double hamburger was missing a beef patty and looked like a 2 year old made it. Everything was cold and tasted horrible. I called and tha manager denied any accountability. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had in my long patronage of the golden arches.

Was having car repair done nearby and decided to walk over and grab some breakfast. The sign on the door said dine-in open at 7am. It was 8:15 but the doors were locked. Another patron INSIDE let me in. I get to the counter and waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. A manager walked up and asked how I got inside and I told her that another customer ALREADY INSIDE let me in and the sign on the door said you were open for dine-in. She took my order and as she walked in the back I heard “Why can’t these people just use the drive-thru?!” When she brought me my order I asked if I was able to walk through the drive-thru as I did not drive there. She said “No” in a disgusted tone and just walked away. Hey McDonald’s Wickliffe. You are rude, and you need to update your hours of operation if they aren’t correct.

I only get a 15 minute break; went to order, I only had cash so I ordered at the kiosk and went to pay… and was ignored for 10 minutes… had ppl walk by me… then the manager took care of a applicant who came in well after me… there went my break…. No food, no drink and a solemn swear I will never go to this McDonald’s ever again

I don’t know why I’ve sat here for 10 minutes for three sandwiches and four hash browns and they served over five cars behind mine in the time I’ve been here.. and here’s how my food comes out… And all my hash browns were put in the bag upside down so that was really nice too .thanks not really..
