Bustling New American dining in Orlando’s Maitland area.
On the eve of my last licensing exams, we chose Luke’s to drop studying, wind down and just enjoy a good meal. We chose right. Service was fantastic, knowledgeable and fun. The food was incredible, each plate was a star.
We started off with the PB&J spare ribs, because well, we had to try this combination and we were pleasantly surprised. We also orders the Flat Iron Steak, the Rock Shrimp and the Roasted Parsnips. Steak was cooked perfectly and beautifully tender. The Rock Shrimp was a flavor bomb and the Roasted Parsnips were phenomenal. I tried (with some success) recreating this dish at home later that week we loved it so much.

Went to Luke’s for the first time. The food was good. We had the Ribeye and steak sandwich. Had wings which had a good kick to them and the homemade ranch was good.
Luke’s Old fashioned and espresso martini were good.
We asked for a table. They offered a table, we talked it over for maybe 30 seconds. No one was waiting in the lobby area. The hostess told us the table was no longer available because of reservations.
Im sorry, but there was 5 open tables in the front and at least 3 in the back. If you can’t give priority to people who are already here ready to spend money, maybe you need to figure out your reservation system.
I dont mind sitting at the bar but the hostesses and their inability to know what is and isn’t available was annoying to me, especially with all the open tables throughout our meal.

I LOVED my time at Lukes. The indoor and outdoor seating are very different, almost feels like 2 different restaurants. We had indoor seating right next to the kitchen, loved how all the cooks looked joyful while preparing the dishes. Everything I had and tasted was delightful. Some recommendations are: Goat cheese, mushroom and fig flatbread, mushroom creme, the field greens salad was refreshing, the waffle *nom nom, did not even need syrup and the bananas upside down cake.

Every time we come to Luke’s we are blown away. Everything is good. All of it. The service is top notch. AJ is attentive and kind and tonight we had her sister Bianca as a server and the excellence runs in the family. I do have to mention that the ginger soy salmon was cooked PERFECTLY. Highly recommend. Kudos to the cook, Berman, you are incredible!! Keep that up. We will be back again. Oh, and Austin thanks for helping me find the name with a smile! Luke’s staff, you guys are the best.
Run, don’t walk, and try this place out. And make sure you get the soft serve ice cream, it’s such a nice treat to end the meal.

Had a great time at Luke’s Kitchen and Bar! The service was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated from start to finish. Definitely a place I’d go back to for a quality meal and great atmosphere.

I love that the menu constantly changes. It’s good EVERY time. Amazing moscatos, appetizers (rock shrimp and wings), pasta, and pork chops! Everything was absolutely delicious and the service is impeccable.

My family and I love coming to Luke’s for special occasions. Last night was a little more special for us because we got to celebrate my mom’s birthday there. We had the pleasure to be served by Bianca who went above and beyond to make my mom feel special on her special day. She brought out an ice cream; but the most special part was a birthday card signed by the staff. Not only was that so sweet, but she noticed our family spoke Spanish and made sure the little notes were in Spanish for her to understand. This little detail felt so special to us and especially my mom. I’m grateful for the staff for the attention to detail and the chefs for providing a delicious meal as always. We’ll always love Luke’s and can’t wait to go back for our next special day.

I was going to give this place a bad review, initially. We got there 10 min before our reservation time and didn’t get sat down until 15 after our time. Meanwhile, a couple came after us and got sat down before us. Then a group of 4 came and got sat before us as well. If I need to make a reservation and get there 15 min late so I can get sat down quickly let me know. Then, a waitress (not our own) brought a drink and spilled some on our table, she said sorry but nobody bothered to clean it up. I thought it may not come back here.
But, the food definitely made up for these negatives. Our food was delicious and dessert was amazing! I would come back, but probably at a time that it’s not busy.

The ambiance at Luke’s Kitchen was absolutely beautiful. We sat at the chef’s table, which made the experience even more special. It was such a treat to watch the team in action seeing the care and precision that went into every dish up close was impressive. The food was delicious from start to finish, and I have to say, that was hands down the best Sidecar I’ve ever had.
Our waiter, Richard, was amazing. He took such good care of us and really added to the overall experience with his attentiveness and great energy.

I’ve been here a few times, but this was the best. I had a fantastic grouper. Everyone else’s meals look delicious as well. Crab and artichoke dip was amazing. And that gluten-free brownie… Woo hoooo. And Alex did a great job.
