We were celebrating my aunts birthday we went to the outback steak house because we had made reservations. And we waited over an hour for a table . And after the long wait we called Texas Steakhouse explaining that we needed a table for 20 . They immediately said they could take us to come on . We walked in with the table ready and the staff was so welcoming and kind . We experienced such an amazing experience, atmosphere, we were treated like family ! One of the best experiences I’ve had and I’d come back just to have the service again we live 45 mins away . She had the best sense of humor and personality. You don’t find this anymore . So many could learn so much from your staff !!!

Beware. This is not Texas Roadhouse. This is Texas Steak House trying to impersonate Texas Roadhouse
Steak not 1 grill mark. Meat looked brown ( see photo ). No grill or sear mark on either side of steak. No real butter. Only some king of yellow colored spread. Disgusting. The person tending the bar area was just fine. Service of 1 star pertains to the manager who brought me a hamburger ( to replace the rib eye )that had two patties of meat with same brown color and no evidence of a sear mark. Just brown colored and raw. One and done. Loud thumping bass on music in the bar. Manager obviously is asleep. Corporate should be aware.

Had a great steak and service from Tammy at the Bar. Steak was cooked perfectly and I added the mushrooms and onions which topped it perfectly. Kevin was grilling steaks that day must say one of the better cuts of beef I’ve had in a while

I was traveling home and saw this off the exit looking for lunch. The food was excellent and service was good. I had the Philly steak and fries and my wife had the beef tips and a baked potato. The hot buns were fresh and butter up. They were very good. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed this restaurant very much.

Well I ordered a 12-oz ribeye medium rare and that’s what I thought I would receive you but it was done all the way through I didn’t say anything to the waitress but I am leaving a review I took the longest time to get my steak and then she comes out there and say I’m sorry it’s taking so long but we’re waiting on the baked potato would you rather do you want to wait how do you like to substitute it what would that be mashed potatoes I said that’s fine mashed potatoes would be fine bring it on she brought it out down the pipe and hot plate when I slice the state and it was brown all the way through I was disappointed I want no more than a half an inch thick the plate was so hot it would burn yourself and it cooked my steak well done on top of that it wasn’t even piping hot like it should have been hot off the grill I’ll just go somewhere else next time

Patrick gave our party of 4 Excellent Service today, Valentines Day! He made sure our orders were correct and anything that incurred an additional charge was clear. I was very impressed with this young man. I have over 37 years of customer service in various industries and I love taking time to let companies know when things are going well! We often hear of complaints much faster than the Great work our employees most often perform. Kudos to Patrick and your Restaurant Manger for helping to make our good day even better!!! The food was great!

I didn’t eat at the Texas Steakhouse but I did go downstairs for drinks on two occasions. Taylor was an amazing bartender who handled each customer with a genuine kindness and provided excellent service. Even when things got a little hectic and she was working the bar area by herself she still had amazing composure and never got flustered.
For you bourbon drinkers you can get a poor of Elmer T Lee for about $18 which is an insanely low price compared to other places that I’ve had it.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this restaurant… everything I ate was so delicious, the appetizer blooming petals, the light-as-air buttery rolls just melt in your mouth, the jalapeño ranch (dip your seasoned fries in it, it is divine) and their mouthwatering hand-cut ribeye, was just so tender with a light smoky flavor… I kind of can’t believe I never new this place existed… Tawana the manager was so attentive to us and made us feel so well taken care of. Very very wonderful experience.
