We flew all the way from Ohio to Florida to watch the Steelers vs. Packers game with my sister, and while it wasn’t the best night for her team, 200 South Tap House made the whole evening worth it.
The beer selection is top-notch, with a fantastic mix of local and national brews, but what really made the night unforgettable was the service. Kerrigan, the lone bartender holding down the bar on a busy game night, was amazing. She made us feel welcome right away, like we were regulars, not visitors from halfway across the country.
She was warm, attentive, and somehow managed to keep everyone happy without ever seeming rushed. She even made popcorn for us and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and energy truly made the whole place feel like home.
It’s not every day you find a place where the staff genuinely care about your experience, but 200 South Tap House is exactly that. We’ll absolutely be back, not just for the drinks, but because Kerrigan made us feel right at home. Highly recommend if you’re anywhere near Pensacola for the beers and the service.

We did a pretty last minute trip to Pensacola during thanksgiving and saw that the tap house was one of the few that were open on Thanksgiving for dinner.
We walked in and were instructed to self seat, there were a couple of other parties and some people at the bar. The bartenders were dressed up as a pilgrim, turkey, and pig. It was a fun vibe.
Our waitress was great!
The food wasn’t bad either. We got the chicken wings, smashburger, agave salad with chicken (they said they were out if the shrimp that’s supposed to come with it). We got several drinks–i forgot what I got but I couldn’t finish it, not my cup of tea.
We really enjoyed the salad despite the substitution, and the burger was tender and juicy. If we were local, would definitely love to return and join them for happy hour/trivia.

Went in for the first time last night, the bartender with the blonde bob was extremely unprofessional. I had to dig to get my ID out of my purse and as I was doing this she was rolling her eyes. We went to sit down and then security comes up and asks if I have my ID. Did not ask anyone else in the group for there’s only mine. Definitely won’t come back, very weird experience and the bartender needs an attitude adjustment.

Bartenders are awesome. Food service is slow and sub par. Good place to drink and watch football. Don’t go if you want a timely and decent meal.
Update: been waiting about 50 mins for a wrap and tacos. People who ordered after us are getting their food.

I’ve seen quit a few other reviews about the staff. They are very unwelcoming. The women their especially the blonde one with the short hair, are very catty. Awful experience it really did ruin the vibe. There needs to be all new staff if I’m completely honest. I will never understand why women target other women for no reason. The rolling of the eyes is absurd and uncalled for.

Came in on a late Wednesday night 100% thinking this was World of Beer but they changed their name! Regardless, we were helped by the fun, spunky Michaela who had a plethora of dance moves throughout the night!
I was astonished with their premium liquor offerings; Blanton’s Gold, Weller, etc. and seeing they had things such as Fireball on draft! We shared some queso and guac which were both finger lickin’ (and bowl-lickin’) good!
Will definitely be returning with more friends soon!

Had an amazing experience thanks to Jordyn! She was very attentive and friendly and made some of the best drinks I have had. I appreciated the attention to detail and asked for a surprise drink and was pleased. 10/10 would recommend I will be coming back. Great bartender, even better vibes
