I can’t say enough good things about this Salisbury staple! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, colorful, and so inviting. The service and staff were outstanding!
The food was the real star. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful, from the perfectly seasoned nachos to the rich homemade salsa that has the right amount of kick! Portion sizes were super generous! Love Go Burrito!

I REALLY enjoyed this Restaurant. My friends and I stopped on the way to Charlotte for dinner. The burritos are huge and the nachos I ate were amazing! There is a TON of seating options, we enjoyed sitting outdoors on the roof top bar. 10/10 would recommend and go back!

When arriving for our pickup order the staff was not friendly and ignored us for quite some time before asking if we were picking up and no it was hardly busy at the time. When the female staff worker acknowledged us she was not warm to our welcome and hurried us out like we were flys. The food was good but it would have been nice to receive the salsa that we ordered. With the service alone we most likely won’t be back.

The burritos are huge. I got my money’s worth. I’d rather come here than that other national chain place. I like the various salsas available. My mistake was not getting sour cream. I think that would have help balance it all out. I look forward to trying another burrito combination next time I’m in town.

Go Burrito has always shown me great customer service . A couple weeks ago Josh helped me after Uber Eats was only allowing us to pick one topping per category so he took my additional toppings that weren’t able to be added over the phone and took my payment for a couple of up charges I had. Food was good as always, they went above and beyond for me, super friendly. Tonight we ordered again and had the same problem so I added our orders to the cart and added what was allowed. I then called and spoke to Christina. She was very helpful and patient. I had quite a few items better the 3 meals that I needed to add so she write everything down and just go be sure there would be no confusion she made my order herself. She was extremely helpful and nice. She was able to add my up charge items to my Uber Eats order even though I had already checked out and paid. I can’t say anything bad about them. The young lady that was working with Christina tonight (11-14-25) she was the original person helping me with my add ons and just to be sure everything was smooth I’m assuming that’s why she had Christina speak with me (she’s the manager) anyway….the young lady that helped me first was also extremely nice and helpful however I did not catch her name.
Their customer service is remarkable if I must say so and Lord knows that’s almost non existent now days.

Cute little place. Even has outdoor seating. The food was really good and the burritos were enormous. The flavor combinations offered were unique and really flavorful. Some of the best queso I’ve had. Great service too.

Only saving grace was the gentleman on the meat side. Girl taking orders just stared, not sure if she was confused or scared, or what. Wild. He finally peeked around her to take my hour when it was clear she wasn’t gonna say anything. The girls standing at the register were fine, store had just opened so I assumed everyone was just ready for the people to start coming in. Hadn’t been back in a long time, feels like the vibes have went down a bit. Food still good. And adequate price fwiw. This was a few weeks ago so I dont know names or anything. But still….weird situation

This place was absolutely amazing. I dragged my family to go because the reviews were good. This is 100% the best burrito I’ve ever had in my whole life. I added so many toppings I wasn’t sure the guy could even fold my burrito up but I was shocked. And it was only $10!! They have a nice salsa bar too and the staff is friendly. If you’re looking for a good lunch place go here!

Newbie to the famous- Go Burrito. I’ve heard such great things about it and was so excited to finally try it out (as a foodie). First impression- it sits in downtown Salisbury, cute little cozy space, and friendly staff. I ordered a steak burrito and I must say- it’s one of the best I’ve ever tried. Chipotle who?? Highly recommend this restaurant and appreciate the speedy service. Everyone is on their toes, ready to serve you.
