I ordered a pizza for pickup. I went to pick it up. There were a lot of cars ahead of me at the pickup window, so I decided to go inside. The doors were locked. The lady in there waved me to go back through the line. There were more cars ahead of me. I am so glad I was going to pay with cash, because I had to leave. The worst experience as far as a Pizza Hut order in my 65 years on this earth. Don’t order from this place.

Pizza Hut: I’m always considerate when I’m trying to place an order over the phone or in person. After I tried to change my order, they hung up on me three times. So unkind and unprofessional over the phone, it’s disheartening. If you don’t want to work, let someone else take your job. I even told the young lady that. Always rushing. Slow down and attend to the customer. A little kindness and a warm smile don’t hurt at all. Went to store NO ORDER BEEN MADE. ITS SAD

Pizza hut is my go to pizza spot but their new app is absolutely horrible. No matter what day and time, even full speed connection it’s always lagging really hard. Makes me not want to get pizza with all the hassle. I really hope they fix this because I have stop ordering almost half the time I used to and I’m a regular.

This store usually has great food, but when we ordered today it was not. The pizza was lukewarm at best and of the eight piece boneless wings we ordered, only two of them were big enough to be called a wing. The rest of them were so dinky and a couple were just crumbs. Very disappointing. When I tried to go to their “tell us how we are doing” website, it asked for a code from my receipt but there was no code on it.

Incompetent. Waited 20 minutes for order, no biggie, but then found out they didn’t place one of the pizzas. Order was already crazy expensive even for what we placed, the price sounded roughly right. But then the other Pizza wasn’t charged either! Additional $15 and additional 15 min wait! Been traveling all day and starving, so it’s understandable why we’re all beyond frustrated. I do not recommend this place especially if you’re just passing through while traveling .

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. They NEVER answer the phone and when they do there attitude is TERRIBLE, and they never read the instructions on the order. So unfortunately I always have to call…. It sucks because for it to be Pizza Hut the food is decent. But they have to do better with promptly answering the phone and being polite.

The store look great but I ordered a hand toss and when I got home it was a thin crust. It takes me 40 minutes round-trip to get a pizza so it was a little disappointing when we got home
