I got off work after a 10.5 hour shift in my 7th consecutive day working out of town and wanted to grab something quick in my way back to the hotel. Took 15 minutes for me to get to the speaker (both drive thru lanes were open) and when I got there I ordered a #3 with modifications and a drink. They rang me up for the sandwich and the drink. And when I said I ordered the meal they just added the fry. So for a meal that is $9.70 plus upsize and tax should be like $11 and change. I paid $13.37 because they didn’t want to ring me up for the meal. Idk how McDonalds works but I have to assume a manager has a headset on and nobody fixed it. At that point I’d been in the drive through 25 minutes when I got to the window and was just trying to leave. My hotel is 5 minutes from this location and my work is just as close. So what should have been a 10 minute commute was 30 minutes of total time in the drive thru. Food was hot and fresh, but they clearly don’t know how to handle a rush and they didn’t care that they ripped me off. But whatever. I know not to visit this location anymore.

They lock the doors at 7:30, so you can only order takeout through the drive-thru. I didn’t like it, so I left immediately. I will definitely not come back.

The people working drive thru windows the morning of 10/26 struggled with some genuinely simple requests. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, and wanted Canadian bacon instead of the regular bacon strips and no sauce. It was like I asked them to solve y=mx+b, and it did not compute. When I tried to kindly verify before paying the woman at the window was super rude, mumbled and was not clear, and could tell she was very much annoyed. Like sorry for inconveniencing you for making sure I get what I’m about to pay for??? Still got my order wrong. So fun!!

I ordered for curbside pick up. I waited 22 minutes for my order. Not sure why. The drive thru lane never got long, the parking lot wasn’t full. I understand that at times staffing might be an issue, but 22 minutes for cheeseburgers and fries is a bit long. I eat mcdonalds daily, at different locations and this has the slowest curbside time I’ve been to I’ll visit again to compare times and update my review if need to

Brittany who was introduced as the Regional manager, yet is surprisingly a Store Manager. Shame on you for your customer service. I have to now reverse a charge, when you said I wasn’t charged. You argued it, and all I was doing wa grabbing a quick unhealthy breakfast for the kiddos. Thank you for your service with 0 smile. So best prices in town, worst management. We went for breakfast and they didn’t have fountain drinks. The only beverages they offer are up-charged cosmic drinks, frappes, coffees, even when a drink is included with meals. They would not compensate or void the extra $3 for the drinks due to their lack of inventory/machine so we left.
