Excellent for families with young children. Has a play area where they can go while food is prepared. When food arrived it wasn’t red hot but warm but as we were hungry we didn’t complain. We ate indoors but the queues for the takeaway were huge but were moving. I would say over 25 cars in the three lanes.

They can not manage to out an entire meal in the bag. This is the fourth time it’s happened. We get drive through. We get home and one whole meal is missing. We live 15 minutes away. Four times now this has happened. This is then worst Chik Fil A I have ever been to. They are cursed. I am never going there again.

Order was wrong. Ordered grilled chicken club and got regular chicken deluxe. Drinks were all diet instead of regular. Asked for sauces and mayo and had to go inside to get them because they didn’t put them in the bag. Also no napkins. Here is hoping was just a bad night for them

Was at Shrewsbury branch today. Food delicious. My husband had the supreme chicken sandwich meal with Mac and cheese and a chocolate milkshake. I had grilled chicken nuggets and the chicken tortilla soup. Everything was delicious. The teenager running the register was fine, but no smiles or welcoming feeling came through. Ate there. The only thing negative that struck me was, the walls and the partitions beside the booths were dirty. There was dust, splashes of soda and sauce everywhere. This is not something I look for or normally notice so it had to be abundant.

This Chick-fil-A does a robust business for travelers, so they are pretty busy, and the drive-thru area is the focus. But they still keep things fast, friendly, and delicious.

Longest drive thru wait I’ve ever experienced at Chick-Fil-A. It seemed like everything was in slow motion at 1:30 on a Saturday. Orders were getting handed to people three cars back who couldn’t move until the other orders were finished…Make it make sense.

The literal worst chick fil a EVER. Super slow service, be prepared to wait 15+ minutes every time. This is the last chance I’m giving this location and will not be returning. Do not waste your time and come here.
