Sal’s Pizzeria in West Bend, Wisconsin truly surprised me. I’ll admit I can be a bit of a pizza snob, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
They had a lunch deal including a garlic knot and a slice of one of their many specialty pizza choices. I went with the tomato basil slice, and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was thin, light, and crispy, the veggies were fresh, and the deliciously melted cheese had that sayisfying chewy stretch in every bite.
The little outdoor seating area was a great bonus, and the weather was perfect to enjoy a relaxing lunch while taking in the charm of the town.
We were so impressed that we each ordered a second special to go!
If you find yourself anywhere near West Bend, I highly recommend stopping by Sal’s for a slice (or two). You won’t be disappointed!

This was such a great experience. Met up with friends I haven’t seen in awhile and we got to sit without interruptions. Pizza was delicious!! The garlic knot with every slice PERFECT it was warm and perfect melted in my mouth. I order bacon chicken ranch pizza!! It didn’t look too good sitting in the display but once they pop it in the oven delicious. And they have Pepsi products and offered refills while we sat. THANK YOU and did I mention reasonably priced. $7.50 slice garlic knot and soda!!

We were visiting West Bend and tried Sal’s Pizzeria and it did not disappoint! It had a real Italian flavor to it that is hard to find in our area of Wisconsin. Good size pieces, excellent flavor, and the garlic knots were absolutely delicious! We ordered our food for delivery, which was quick and professional. Would definitely eat at Sal’s again when we’re in the area again!

Unfortunately, this pizza didn’t quite hit the mark. The crust was undercooked, and there was an unwanted hair in my slice. Not what I was hoping for, especially since I’ve had great experiences with Sal’s in Cedarburg. Hopefully, the kitchen can get things back on track! Until now I have a pizza trauma.

After multiple trips here I had to review. This pizza is Fresh fresh fresh… I normally order a deep dish, but this time mixed it up but all pizzas flavors never disappoint. Can’t remember the pizza I ordered this time but the family loves all of their regular crust pizza. And the complimentary garlic knots, delicious!

Fantastic New York style Pizza. The crust had just enough crispness and tenderness to crackle when you fold it in half. The Garlic roll comes with it and Id add a marinara sauce for dipping. They also warm up your slice before serving in the pizza oven. I’ll be back many times for sure. Highly recommend this place for great Za.

I really enjoy the pizza there, and the service. There is one person that you need to get rid of! Yeah I’m the girl that was in there not too long ago and I was basically harassed! Wanted to try to find a local, regular pizza delivery spot and it appears this is not it. Ordered a single medium pizza, mozzarella sticks and “famous” garlic knots. First, the confirmation gave us a 25 minute delivery window, 30mins after time of placing the order. 30mins after this delivery window, I called the store to inquire about my order and was told it was just sent out because they are busy. Ten minutes later the delivery driver hands me a cold box, not even warm to the touch on the bottom. The garlic nots state that they come with 3 and I only received 2. I also ordered extra sauce that is nowhere to be found. Flavor was okay once I heated things up again in the oven. Thoroughly disappointed with this experience. Definitely, do not recommend.
