Max is good people and his BBQ is the best I’ve ever had. Max’s secret BBQ sauce recipe is legendary, or at least should be. I ordered the pork ribs and pulled pork plate, Max brought it out himself and chatted with us a little while. What an honor! Location, Location, Location? NONSENSE… It is worth the drive/flight/cruise to get there.
