Excellent customer service & friendly. Portion size was definitely Texas sized for the lunch portion. This is what makes growing up in Texas so magical. Tons of mom & pop stops like this one that welcomes you right in like they’ve know you for a lifetime. Will be on our rotation for stop thru lunch or dinner. Pretty busy on Veterans Day & they did an excellent job getting everyone taken care of.

I ordered the Cobb salad, which was massive — easily two meals. I ate half there and finished the rest back at the hotel for dinner, which I consider a personal victory. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying after a long day’s work, and the service was welcoming and efficient.
Ranch Hand is the kind of place that makes the extra effort to eat local worth it. Great food, great service, and an authentic Texas feel. I’d absolutely stop back the next time work brings me through Cleveland.

My husband’s favorite restaurant. Big portions and I like the fresh veggies. The fried green tomato appetizer are great and never greesy. The angry Cheese Burger /w fried breaded Jalapeños and the Club Sandwich are his favorite. I love the fried or blackened Catfish / has 3 big filets & i always have to get a doggie bag. The salads are the biggest I’ve ever seen. We always say if you leave here hungry its your own fault.
