A wonderful meal. Would highly recommend to anyone in Dublin. Steak was perfect and everything came out quick and hot. Eton mess was amazing as well. Service was incredible. Our server Balazs was very helpful and attentive 10/10 and he was a really nice person and made our experience complete. Will be back!

We chose this restaurant for our anniversary, definitely not disappointed. We had the chateaubriand with various sides. Dripping chips, broccoli, mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad. Sauces were herb butter and Bernaise. We ordered the meat rare and it was perfectly cooked. Delicious.

Finished off with a tarte tatin, which arrived with a happy anniversary message on it. Excellent service from Tamas, pleasant ambiance and great food for a reasonable price.

The food was amazing, and the service was exceptional!
The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable.

Chalie looked after us with such genuine care and attention to detail, his service mindset truly stood out. We were delighted with everything and will definitely be back again.

I was passing by when I saw they had lamb and so I was like this would be a great meal to celebrate my birthday!
I was glad I did. They welcomed me and found a table without a reservation, they also provided me with a complimentary gluten free dessert. This place has wonderful staff (they’re not intrusive). They’re welcoming and friendly!
My lamb was cooked to my liking and it was delicious. I didn’t like the potato but veggies were good. Overall I enjoyed the whole experience and they accommodate gluten free meals.

The steak was phenomenal—perfectly cooked. The service was just as impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We were especially grateful they managed to seat us without a reservation, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Three of us chances a walk-in on Friday night, weren’t ravenous but hungry, we selected mains only. So not the full experience. I’d been to lunch several times before and food was always very well executed and attentive service. No change this time. I had fish in brown butter and caper sauce, a classic and kitchen knocked it out of the park, fantastic. Companions had pork chop with a mustard sauce, also really good, and risotto which had a hint of nutmeg which I love, again both classics and both executed very very well. Only thing for me l, the music wildly veered everywhere so I’m not sure what vibe they were aiming for.

Finally, the staff deserve a separate mention. Professional attentive and helpful, well run place and I wish more places had staff as good.

Tamas our waiter was absolutely the best ever. We enjoyed hearing about his roots being Hungarian. The food was perfect. Tamas had the chef create us a unforgettable experience with seafood. I will be back again next April.

With a celebrity chef name and experience will come critical opinions. There’s no doubt it’s a great restaurant, but if you’re looking for an overall amazing meal, then, unfortunately they fell short on my meal.
I went a la carte for the starters and I must say there were delicious. Well presented and amazing taste.
I then went lunch special for the mains. They have some items to choose from at a reasonable price so I says why not! The pork was fantastic with an amazing sauce to compliment it. The steak however was quite tough and not cooked to my request. They did offer to change it but I didn’t wanna be a burden. It was quite chewy and left me with the impression that they use a bad steak for the specials and if you want a Gucci steak you just choose from the a la care section.
The wine arrived with plenty of bits of broken cork floating on the top. How they missed this is beyond me.
The desert to be fair was on another level of deliciousness.

In summary it’s a great restaurant and well worth a visit. I hope you have the perfect meal there as I didn’t, which is a shame, as I was looking forward to it for a long time.

I was a solo dinner this evening, but thoroughly enjoyed people watching and soaking in service. Had the steak tartae app, with marrow and that was phenomenal. Only gripe was almost half the chips being soggy a bit in the middle. Entree was the 10 oz ribeye with the beef dripping chips. So good, the properly seasoned beef was shining through. A bit of char to add texture and smokiness, but im telling you, it was spot on. Same with the chips, crispy outside, mashy middle. Yum. Watched and listened studiously, very professional staff. 30 minutes, in and out, didn’t even use the restroom. Next time in Dublin, ill be back a couple of times, because deciding on the entrees was very tough decisions.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, and Balazs was truly an amazing server. He gave us the best possible experience from start to finish. He was charming, very kind, and attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was great. Balazs’ professionalism and warm personality made the evening even more special. I will definitely come back to this place again. Highly recommended!
