What a great staff at this Olive Garden! They were patient, courteous and on the ball, serving our very large (impromptu) party of 21. The two servers we had were so great with the kids. They got our orders correct the first time and were able to easily manage the split checks. The food was delicious, as always. We will definitely be back next time we stay in Williamsburg or come down to the Outlets for shopping.

I loooove me some OG‼️ It had been a while since I’ve been because i love so far from the locations. I finally had a chance to stop by the Williamsburg location and they did not disappoint. Staff was amazing, my waitress was sweet as can be? I did get much just appetizers that i been craving. It came out quick and hot. It was soooo good.

The hostess and host were very welcoming at this location. They opened the doors for my family and I. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had three enjoyable meals and topped it all off with a piece of tiramisu. This was a classic experience from what I have grown to love while dining at a Darden restaurant.

Your standard OG. Decent location with plenty of parking. Restaurant is clean, with plenty of seating. Service was quick, with an attentive waitress and food was on par for what you’d expect from an Olive Garden.

And anticipates what you need and caters to his guests. The salad presentation alone was awesome! Every veggie had its own section within the bowl. Neatly organized, I’ve never seen anything like it! He is one of the best servers I’ve ever had! Do yourself a favor, ask for Chris!!

We had a very large family group come to dine at this establishment tonight and I wanted to say service was beyond excellent! I believe our server was named Bianca. Two other waitresses were there attending us as well. They handled our orders and large group super well! Very polite and patient! Thank you for the great service!

The staff are phenomenal with handling food allergies! One person in our party has Celiac and I have a variety of allergies and they are so patient, compassionate, and vigilant about making sure diners with allergies are safe. The managers are on top of everything. We’ve eaten there multiple times. One time, my plate came out mistakenly made without the allergy accommodations and they remade it and comped the meal! So very nice. I rarely feel so totally safe when I eat out. I would trust the managers at this restaurant with my life, and I have. Also the food was very flavorful and enjoyable which can’t often be said for when I order “plain” allergy food at a restaurant! A very nice place to rest after a long day on your feet at the historic area.

Our waitress, Endya, was terrific. We had to eat quickly bcs we had a Dr’s appt. And she made sure we got out in time. The tuscan sausage soup was great, but it had a few potatoes with blackened areas that I removed. The table was dirty when we arrived but the hostess cleaned it for us. Salad is always cold and freah

I can’t say anything but great things!! Our server, Sean was great!! He was very attentive, patient, informative, courteous, knowledgable, and quick! The meal was fresh, very aromatic, and the timing was impeccable! We ate to the point of no return!!! The only thing that would make this place better would be a wheelbarrow to wheel us out! Lol My seven year old ended the meal by saying “Well, this was a really good restaurant!”

India was my server and she was just a gem!!! I got the soup,salad and breads tick deal and I was only able to eat the first helping. I got the minestrone soup which was piping hot and delicious. The salad was fresh and crispy. The breads ticks were fabulous. I hadn’t eaten at Olive Garden in over 10 years but I’ll be back soon. Thank you India
