My husband and I came here with our daughter last weekend and it was amazing. I got steak and oh my god that was the best steak Ive had in a long time. Not just that, but the server was absolutely amazing and attentive. My daughter is a toddler so she’s naturally pretty nosy, watching the servers and employees do their work. Instead of ignoring her, anytime they caught her eyes they would smile and wave, and the hostess even stopped us on the way out to talk to my daughter and made her feel so special. Ive been coming here for years and this experience was by far the best Ive had!

A cozy, family-friendly restaurant with great prices. Service was quick and attentive, and everything was prepared with care. We enjoyed burgers, fries, and delicious chips with salsa. My server was good, but there was a hair in my food. I got the ultimate alfredo, I seen it, ran to the bathroom an threw up. They asked if I wanted another one i said no with watery eye and they took it off my meal.
I had just gotten off work… and was hungry but definitely wont be back for awhile sadly.

Do NOT go to this Chilis. The waiters feel entitled to be tipped for every plate of food they pickup. I skipped out on my tip and got nothing but the food the kitchen gave these entitled waiters. They crossed off all the sauces and utensils and left out any napkins, I paid an extra $1.00 for sauce and didn’t even receive the basic sauces for my meal. Waiters make or break the experience for a restaurant, your waiters break it. They need to understand that not every single plate they pickup will end up getting a tip on (especially online, to-go offers), but that doesn’t mean you should intentionally leave out even things that the person paid for and ruin the dinner. I will be telling whoever will listen about this horrible experience.

Waited awhile at the host stand. That should have been our first red flag. We waited though and the host came out from the bathroom area.
Server was nice enough but my husband asked for no sour cream… he got sour cream. The server should have noticed but after he took our order a separate food runner came to deliver our food and that was the last time we got service.
We would have loved boxes for our surplus of food we didnt eat… especially in this economy. We were abandoned at the table once the food came out… there were errors that were never corrected. There was zero hospitality. I felt like a burden walking in.
I have photos of the leftovers we wanted to take home as well as the sour cream we requested to not get… and to top it off dried out, nasty tortillas.
Over $100 dollars and im not happy. We rarely go out. This is considered a treat but didnt feel it.

It wasn’t a “Chili’s” that I felt I wanted to be in, and I consider myself a bit of a variety of locations Chili’s visitor.
It was just a restaurant. Garishly unwelcoming lighting and architecture, quite efficient, really.

All that still stands. I mean, it’s just a building. Went for a second visit today and Danielle was my server/bartender again and the food was much better. I raised some stars but I’m leaving that first paragraph.
Great service, fast drinks, decent food.
Clearly, I’m just there for the Stella.
Raised one more star as of 10-7-25.

So we came in for a birthday, but were only allowed to use one reward. The server thought we could use them both. Asked the manager if we could split the bill and have two different rewards. Understand that is the policy, but it would have been nice to know about it before we ordered. The manager was not the friendliest person either!

We come in from church Wednesday nights sometimes and we are a bigger party typically 12-15. The normal crew has been great about accommodating us. However, on 11/05/2025 we came in after church and because they were an hour out from closing they were attempting to section everyone that came in onto one side of the building. As a result they put 12 of us onto a skinny little table with a bigger table and gave significant attitude upon asking for better seating. The waitress was, short and overall I was very disappointed in the way we were treated as a larger party. We won’t be bringing our business and we will share our experience with others at the church. Felt crammed in like sardines.
