We are a locally owned family business with a passion for Poke! We wanted to introduce Antelope Valley residents to a healthier alternative to regular fast food in a quick and convenient format. We launched Poke Junction to offer our customers fresh Hawaiian food with a unique SoCal twist. We use the highest quality fresh ingredients to ensure a delicious, flavorful meal every time. We hope you enjoy our food and have a great time at our little restaurant. Poke Junction that’s our function. Poke (POH-keh) – Poke is a Hawaiian verb meaning to slice or cut. It is a healthy traditional Hawaiian dish, made from raw fish that has been cut, seasoned and mixed with other ingredients, usually served over a bowl sushi rice or salad.

Never tried sushi in a bowl so ran in here to try it and boy I was surprised at the options I ordered the spicy tuna with shrimp and crab and all kinds of options available to make it your own bowl and how you want it to be kind of like a sushi bar but you are the one making it really something special and different like the subway of sushi guys service was quick and friendly and servervwas patient since she could see I had no experience with it lol definitely recommend this to my fine folks!

Two scoop bowl with all the toppings was huge! Great value. The fish quality seemed decent as well. Smaller seating options but there was plenty of room when I visited. This is great spot by Antelope Valley standards.

This just opened up in the Tractor Supply shopping center next door to the CVS. I was a little skeptical because I’ve known POKE restaurants to be all raw foods. They have cooked options. If it wasn’t for a workers business like tactics we would have left. She enticed us with samples we ended making a purchase and let me tell you the food was super fresh and delicious. I had the shrimp crab with eddamame, seaweed, carrots, cucumber, ahi tuna, salmon, cilantro, corn, crispy garlic, crispy onion, sesame seeds, eel sauce sounds gross but It was delicious and some brown rice. Top it all off side of misou soup. Don’t underestimate flavor it was good. The staff were so friendly. Enjoyed dinner in a clean place. Check it out! Healthy options and vegan options. Cherry lemonade was awesome!

Normally the wife and I enjoy the bowls. This time we picked the same sauce which made our food really salty. Hopefully they come out taster tester spoons to see if this is what the customer wants.
