Traveling through on way to Atlanta and discovered this hidden gem via its reviews. Incredible! I ordered a birria lamb burrito with cheesy rice, all in a crispy homemade tortilla. Sauces included chipotle peanut butter hot sauce, a lovely mild cactus sauce, an avocado sauce, and a sundried tomato sauce. My husband ordered carnita tacos, which were topped with crunchy chicharróns and avocado. Everything was beyond delicious. I’ve never even seen lamb on a Mexican menu and am so glad I tried it — very tender, not overly rich nor gamey as lamb sometimes is.
We were greeted, coked for, and served by a nice chef from Sonora — Gabriel. Proudly authentic, lovingly made cuisine. If you love unique flavors and friendly people, this is a must try.

Stop scrolling, dont look at any other restraunts. Stop here, let the owner choose what tantalizing creations to bless your taste buds with. I gave him free range on 3 street tacos, each one was bursting with flavor, meat so tender.. I have never enjoyed every bite anywhere else as much as I did here. I will be coming back. Gabriel was so enthusiastic about his business, his ingredients, the influences of his cooking style.. a joy to listen to. This must be experienced at least once in your life.

The hype is real. I had the lamb birria burrito, and was very happy I did. This thing was huge, meant to be handheld, the flavor was amazing, and the meat melted in my mouth. It was the best burrito I’ve ever had. There were a couple of small bones in the meat, which didn’t bother me, but it is worth mentioning to look out for, just in case. Gabriel was very welcoming and friendly, and you can tell the man is passionate about food and making people feel at home. I will absolutely be back for their homemade flan, which was unfortunately sold out tonight, and I’ll be trying their barbacoa next.

Best authentic Mexican food I’ve experienced. Tacos were phenomenal. The soup was exceptionally delicious. Service was amazing and would come back here any time. The owner is incredibly friendly and the portions are very generous. Definitely an eye opener to what one has been missing out on in life.
