Excellent food, outstanding service, clean and quiet dining area. The lady who was cleaning the tables asked us whether she could refill our beverages. I asked for ice water instead (to refill my personal bottle), and she gladly brought me a cup of ice water. Exceptional service!!!

Went to pick up a DoorDash order at this location for the FIRST TIME, & not only was I not greeted, but there wasn’t CLEAR INSTRUCTION OR SIGNAGE as to where to pick up the orders. The sign that I did see just had an arrow pointing towards the drive through lane, so I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to go outside to the drive through to pick up or what…after waiting for 5 minutes I saw someone walk by and asked where I was supposed to pick the order up at, he points at the sign, then points to a wall that is next to the front register where customers are picking up their orders. Not only were me and another dasher in the customers way as they were walking out of line from ordering BUT we were still not helped or even greeted. I would never accept another order at this location OR order food from here. The staff seems very RUDE & not helpful at all. This is actually my 1st bad experience at a chikfila ever !

Always yummy food, always friendly and fast service. My favorite fast food place for sure!! Their spicy chicken deluxe sandwich is my go-to order, and their peppermint milkshake at Christmas time is so good!!

Pulled out of the drive-through with my grilled chicken wrap meal and immediately realized there was no avocado lime ranch. Went back around to ask for it and was greeted with the confident claim, “I never forget the avocado lime ranch with a wrap.”
He forgot.
Finally got the sauce and went home… only to realize the large fry that comes with the meal was still missing. Two trips, one wrap, one sauce packet, zero fries.
Food itself was fine, but paying for a meal, being confidently told nothing could go wrong, and still ending up with an incomplete order felt like some unintentional endurance test. At this point, I’m starting to suspect the fries might be living a separate, happier life somewhere else.
Would love to one day experience the full meal I ordered without a scavenger hunt.

Slowest, rudest, most disrespectful chic-fil-a ever. I’m actually embarrassed for this place. As a former employee of this franchise when I was 15…I can honestly say this is THE worst chic-fil-a I have ever been to. Disrespectful of time & money. Definitely the worst chic-fil-a I’ve ever been to.

I have yet to visit a Chick-fil-A, where I was not totally happy with my order, the cleaning list, the customer service and the wait time. I appreciate that the staff somehow always seem to get along and work together.

We opted for the drive through. The poor teenagers have to brave the cold standing outside to take our order. They are very efficient. The sandwiches are hot and tasty. We certainly will return.

By far the worst chick fil a in the charleston area, and has seemed to be getting worse over the last year or so.
I would say about 90% of the times I come here to get food, the sandwich has very little breading and the bun is hardly toasted. It is actually noteworthy when I get a decent sandwich.
The soda is always mixed a little off. 2 years ago it was great. Now my girlfriend and I take bets on if we will actually have carbonation in our drinks.
I know chick fil a starts workers out at a higher wage than other fast food places, but apparently $10+ an hour isn’t enough to motivate your workers beyond serving disappointment on a consistent basis.

If you don’t order from the app you sit in drive thru longer than you would if you would go in and eat the whole meal. Also the sweet tea is never sweet if you want watered down tea with a wait time by All means come here

Ordered here through door dash. They packaged 3 meals in one bag. So obviously it was going to be a hot mess. The sandwich containers were wilted and falling apart. The spicy deluxe was falling out of the box and the tomatoes fell off onto the other stuff and the bottom of the bag. They put all the sauces on top of the fries that weren’t even filled all the way. Just a hot mess and very unacceptable this was an order formy coworkersandIand we didn’t appreciate. Touching each others food because it was literally out of the box.
