It’s okay, but just okay. I don’t know why everyone raves about this place. The chicken is not crunchy enough (even when ordered extra crispy), but it’s not greasy, so that’s a plus. The fries are just frozen crinkle fries, but again, they’re not greasy. It’s almost as if everything is cooked in an air fryer? The coleslaw is pretty good, honestly. But it’s “just okay” food at an inflated price. Like I said, the only good thing is that it’s not very greasy, which helps my acid reflux. Service is always friendly, but the things they make them say when you pull up in the drive thru is just straight embarrassing. The decorations outside this holiday season…now those were awesome! Even if they were just cardboard signs.

The staff here remember us by name and know our order when we walk in the door! They’re very friendly/chipper and do service with a smile. We have had a toast or side forgotten and they’ve always fixed it immediately with no questions asked. When you dine-in the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh, with steam erupting from the chicken! It melts in your mouth. I wouldn’t suggest getting your food to go here and it just doesn’t taste the same as when it’s fresh out of the fryer.

I love the food and we go often. I get it’s superbowl Sunday but your drive thru hours say open til 12am with only the inside being closed at 7. So why was the drive thru closed when online says open? Slightly irritating, if you’re gonna be closed earlier on Sunday please state that on your hours.

This place is the best! Always a positive dining room experience. We always get our food within 5 minutes, hot and delicious! Very clean inside too! I drive 45 minutes from my hometown to come here.

This is the newest restaurant in Kent. It was built in a relatively short time. The restaurant from the inside and out is amazing. The staff are so friendly and professional. They greet you with a smile and treat you with respect. The chicken tenders are so delicious. Highly recommended

The food was ok at best… I just didn’t enjoy the flavors too much… The 1 star rating is for the staffs treatment of customers. Being my first time trying their food I asked the male cashier if it was good and he said he hadn’t even tried the food himself and was very cold and not welcoming at all.
The young lady at the next window handing out the food came close to shoving it in my face and upon asking her a question (being my first experience here) she slammed the window in my face and turned around refusing to acknowledge me…

Let’s be honest. Not sure you are going to find a better chicken tender. They have a very limited menu (a positive) so if you don’t want chicken tenders, then look elsewhere.

Haters will say Canes is basic. Cane’s Sauce sets them apart from other chicken places.
Two ways to elevate your Cane’s experience:
1) Wrap each tender in toast and dip in Cane’s sauce.
or
2) [my fav]Ask for hot sauce at the window. Don’t mix the Louisiana into the Cane’s sauce. It’s not the same. Drown those tendies in hot sauce THEN dunk in Cane’s sauce. Spicy and delicious.
Pro tip you can sub out coleslaw for extra fries or toast.
