A restaurant with 30 years of history. The goat stew is a standout with insanely just tender chunks paired with a phenomenal dipping sauce that’s peppery and tangy, balancing the flavors of goat perfectly. The haemulpajeon has a crispy crab strip side AND the softer tender pajeon side with a seafood abundant chewiness in the middle. The textures play off one another beautifully and brings a smile to your face with every bite.
The soondae platter with artfully crafted blood sausages and liver, tongue, and stomach no words. All so good. The banchan also is delightful, pairing perfectly with each dish with the right amount of umami and a refreshing crisp!
My brows furrowed with every bite, and I felt myself getting angry and angrier because the food was just that good. Definitely will be coming back, because if everything we had was this good, I can’t wait to try the rest of the items on the menu!

Spending time with Mr. Oh of Diamond Bageloo, who puts philosophy and soul into every bagel he makes.
For dinner, we went for the locally famous sundae soup. Wow—no off-flavors at all, just a hearty bowl filled with assorted sundae, perfectly arranged in the pot, accompanied by crisp, refreshing radish kimchi.
Seeing the walls adorned with celebrity-signed frames, it’s clear this place isn’t just any ordinary spot—you can truly feel its quality after tasting it firsthand.

This is a lovely little Korean restaurant which our family has been frequenting for years. It’s one chef and two waitresses (sometimes just one) So when it gets crowded one has to wait a bit. But services have always been nice. Waitresses are always friendly.
We love their dishes especially the crispy seafood pancakes. Many Korean restaurants serve this dish but so far I haven’t seen other places serving like this. I was told it’s shredded potatoes that make it special.
There many regular customers who would drink and enjoyed themselves talking a bit loud which I don’t mind at all. More like Japanese izakaya style. But sometimes it’s very quiet.

A small Korean restaurant, that has been around for a long time. Craving for bossam, we decided to give it a try.
Space is tiny, so one may feel crowded, when it’s busy.
Bossam is delicious, and so is the beef bone soup. Will go back soon to try other dishes.
01/09/25 update: had the pork back bone soup today. What can I say: delicious

Nice place to have a cozy meal in a quiet and family-style Korean restaurant. First time here and did not know what to order. Their menu shows photos of dishes with lots of choices but we did not find one we felt comfortable in adventuring out. So we went with the basic – Korean seafood Tofu . It was a big mistake! They literally put a big piece of tofu over a few small mussels. Typically, there are small clams, shrimps , oysters and etc in the stew. Lessons learned for me! There is a tofu place across in the same plaza. Seems like this restaurant specializes in more authentic Korean dishes.

This is a traditional Korean style restaurant. It specializes in goat soup. I also recommend the sundae assortment. All the Korean dishes here are worth trying. The owner is pretty and takes great care of her customers. The restaurants in this commercial complex have been in business for a long time and are steady. There is also a boba place right next door where you can go for dessert.

First and last time here, the two of us were the only customers. The portion was too small for the price. I ordered the beef short ribs soup. It has four pieces of meat, lots of scallions and a few clear noodle in the beef broth. The “seafood” tofu had tiny bits of hardly can be “seen-food”. They served 6 little side dishes and we had to ask for refills bc we’d have walked out still hungry.
Interesting observation that the staff seemed to have ordered Chinese takeout for themselves instead of the restaurant’s own food. The two servers mostly just talked with each other while we were there. Never came by to refill water or side dishes.
Most items are pricey $44+, probably too risky to try given this experience.
