Ordered a Big Mac by itself. Had to warm it up for starters to get it hot then after I ate it, I ended up throwing it back up few hours later. First time eating mcds in a long time and it darn near made me sick. Definitely will not be back. I see why I haven’t had it in so long

The staff was very difficult and disrespectful. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up, but I saw the sign saying lobby closed . I understood that and was not trying to enter the store—I only wanted to receive the mobile order I had already paid for. That could not be cancelled. Instead, I was treated like a beggar rather than a paying customer. The customer service was extremely poor. Because of how I was treated, I no longer felt comfortable eating the food and had to throw it away. I will not be returning. Ps they also wanted me to stand between cars in the drive through and walk to drive through window to collect my mobile order which is dangerous.

I’m try to be understanding when it comes to mistakes at fast food places but this place genuinely sucks not in quality or food but in counting. At times it feels like there are some employees working there that don’t know how to count above 2. I get food for myself and a few people at work and there are always missing items. I ordered 3 different biscuits and 3 hashbrowns and literally received one biscuit and 2 hashbrowns. I have it delivered to my job so I don’t know there’s an issue until It arrives, this is not on the delivery driver either due to the bags having stickers keep them closed. There are some really really dumb people working at this place man.

The most friendly, clean McDonald’s I have been to for awhile. The workers immediately greeted us, and made my children feel welcome. Best customer service, as they were consistent with their greeting people and making them feel the same. Food came out fast and fresh too.

Food was cold,The lady that waited on me couldn’t put her phone down long enough to take my order.my bill was 12.80 gave her a 20.00 she gave me back 15.20.I told her that’s not right she said you gave me a twenty,I said I know.you gave me to much change back.once she finally figured out what I was talking about.She said I would have just kept it. Did a mobile order for a big Mac and a 6 piece nugget and still wound up waiting for over 20 minutes. I don’t understand how mobile pickup is supposed to be considered convenient when it literally takes longer than any other method of getting your order. Absolutely ridiculous to wait this long, and completely inexcusable.

The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. All the tables were nasty and couldn’t sit to eat. There was food all over the floor. Two tables had soda spilled on them and it looked like a river flowing onto the floor. The restaurant was smoked out from the fry oil and the food was poor in quality. Here is how one of the burgers were made. They ALMOST got it together!!! Interstate 85 Exit 63!!! STAY AWAY!!! Ohhh, a closer look, that is breakfast food on the floor at 1pm!!!
