The food came out in a timely manner, the service of the employees was respectful, the restaurant was clean and what you would expect for a fast food establishment, my only complaint was the drink machine, it was not setup right, the drinks came out to strong with carbonation, I tried several.

This is clearly a new restaurant. It is in immaculate condition. My service was quick, but considering I was the only one ordering I guess it should have been. The staff was friendly.
My only complaint which is my biggest one is the lack of someone to take your order. The kiosk is a pain in the butt and is frustrating. Just put someone behind the counter to take your order like has been done since the beginning of fast food restaurants! It seems like all Taco Bell restaurants have gone to this format. Which is why this will be my last Taco Bell experience until they change. I could understand if they lowered the prices on their menu items because they no longer have a human being to pay for taking your order but they have not. I’m not going to eat somewhere just to be aggravated in the process.

My cashier seemed very nice an apologetic I will say I had to give my order twice but that could be cause of new hire or something that was ok but when the other Lady came out opened the window an asked what was u waiting on I didn’t like her tone and when I went to mention the pick up order name and she rudely said whatever her name is I just didn’t think it was professional and after she closed the window the other lady which was nice again apologized so I asked who was the other girl name that was rude her name was Kayla

Good food. Clean. Atmosphere could be better if the staff didn’t yell so LOUD and didn’t roll their eyes so much at questions about vegetarian options. It can better if employees were trined well. If you have vegetarian options on menu, expect customers to enquire about them.

Every customer was forced to wait between 25 to 30 minutes to receive their food. Several customers got so frustrated they asked for a refund. Employees were arguing behind the line and had to remake numerous orders. All their focus was sending food out the drive through window and totally ignored their dining room customers. I ordered and paid for a medium drink and received a small cup. When I asked for my medium cup, I was ignored. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
