Ordered a pizza for delivery. It showed up with onions on it. I didn’t order onions. I hate onions. It was covered with them. I called to complain and the person I spoke to told me that they made the pizza themselves and had not put any onions on it. So apparently they magically appeared on the way to my house. I guess she was accusing me of lying. She agreed to refund me, but I never was. Here are some pictures of the onions that I had to remove and must be imagining. I was a regular customer but will never order from them again.

Horrible experience. Pizzas were completely raw (we had to put them in our oven to finish cooking) and one wasn’t even cut. No greeting when entering the store or quality assurance + one of the employees was handling toppings with no gloves. I don’t expect much from chain pizza places, but avoid this location like the plague.

They specialize in food poisoning. That is uncooked raw dough. When i called the store and warned them to check their oven temperature the store manager said it was fine. Then explain the disaster i was sold? Beware for your safety and for your family they are at the bottom rung for store managers

If I could give it a zero I would. My order came looking like a blob of Alfredo sauce, not cut, toppings not even how I ordered it. I called back and I was on hold for 10 minutes so I called back and the manager told his staff to tell me “he’s too busy to take my complaint “ I told them that’s not my problem their busy so I guess me and my 3 year old needed to figure something else out because of his lack of caring. Not a good manager at all. Will never order again from there. Disappointing because I’ve always picked dominos over other pizza places

I despise Dominos AI ordering system. When I call in, it NEVER gets my entire order correct and I end up cancelling or calling directly and asking for a real person. I cancelled my order, only to get an immediate phone call from a real person asking what I wanted to order. I ordered 2 mix and match items. I asked if I was charged for the mix and match and the person said I should have mentioned that it was mix and match first.He said the order already went through for delivery and he was not located at the main location(??? ) so he would transfer me to their location to fix it. Then he hung up on me. I called the Mt. Vernon Rd. location and the man stated that they did not have a delivery driver at the time, so we opted to do carryout. The poor guy at this location seemed like he was all alone. He adjusted our bill and did a great despite my short rant. My frustration was the AI system and the first person who took my order and told me I need to tell them in advance if my order is a mix and match special. Is it not their job to know their specials and avoid overcharging customers? I felt horrible for calling and taking out my frustration on the poor guy trying to survive his shift at Mt. Vernon Rd. 5 stars for him, but 1 for the AI system.
