We just had our son’s birthday party here. It was absolutely perfect! We have been hosting birthday parties for 10+ years between all of our kids and this was the BEST experience! It truly felt stress free and such a joy! The kids had a blast in the play area and the adults could chat and catch up. They helped with food and decor. 10/10 totally recommend for anyone with littles 5 and under!!

This is a great place to bring the littles for a play date and reconnect with moms. I like the idea of the bin sat aside for toys needing cleaned but I wish the play floor was a little cleaner as well. The drinks and food were great, loved the spring menu. If you buy a play ticket it is good for the full day! Would definitely come back!

The perfect place to relax while your kids explore and have fun! Extremely clean and every precaution is taken to provide a safe place – temperature checks, hand sanitizer, and a shoe-free play area. High quality, open-ended play items like a Montessori-style wooden climber, kitchen & cash register, and train table. My almost 2- and 4-year-old were completely engrossed in play for almost an hour today while I sat and enjoyed my coffee and a book! There is also an infant play area, tons of seating, two large, clean, family-style bathrooms and a private room for breastfeeding (of course the public area is fine for that, too!).

We just had a party here! The space was amazing, the barista was kind, but there were a few elements I would’ve changed.
You speak to the manager before the party to add on any additional drinks. I wanted to add lemonade, and when the party was about an hour in I had to ask for the lemonade to be put out, no huge deal but wish i wouldn’t have to ask, but the lemonade tasted rotten or expired. So nobody at all drank it anyways. That bummed me out bc you pay $20 or so for a large batch or lemonade that people thought was undrinkable
The only other thing that was a bummer was that kids had to have socks on to go in the play area. Also not a big deal but when we meet the manager on a zoom meeting before the party, this was never brought up. I think my guests had to buy socks but I thankfully had some in the car for my daughter. I just wish I would’ve known ahead of time to let everyone know
We had to constantly ask for more plates and silverware which was another tiny inconvenience.
However, over all we had a great time and my daughter played in there the entire time. The space is perfect for a birthday party and the vibe is great. We would absolutely return for a coffee playtime.

Great place for families with toddlers to get quality coffee (Carabello) and socialize. Ample, safe play area for pre-school patrons and clean, bright tables and chairs for grown-ups, too. Varied menu, we enjoyed a fine pecan/chocolate chip cookie, and super friendly staff.

Visited Milk and Beans for the first time today with a friend and her daughter because I always heard good reviews and we were very disappointed. The place was not very clean at all. The play space was more than just dirty from today. That place needs to be cleaned and sanitized daily. When we left my friend’s daughters leggings were so dirty from playing in the play space.

Took my daughter to play. She had fun. Which is why I’m giving 2 stars at least. But, i dont recommend the iced latees if their ingredients aren’t fresh…. this is the iced latee I was served. I told the barista it tasted very bad and tasted like sour milk and she apologized and said she thought maybe it was because I was the first one in and maybe the espresso machine needed to be ran through a few times. She made me another one, in which was the exact same and tasted the same. I told her again that it was very nasty and that I thought the milk may be bad/spoiled and she told me that she could not give me a refund because her boss was not there to give her a code? I didn’t want anything else to be made with that same milk. Therefore I let my daughter play some then we left minus $5.50 out of my pocket and no refund nor coffee.

Our absolute favorite place to come to play, to reconnect as mamas and to feel welcome like a warm hug. My kids can both play safely with a padded area for my 5 month old and a separate adorable play space for my 3 year old with beautiful imagination-provoking toys. We’ve been regulars since they opened but we come back several times a month because of the creative and delicious coffee and food and because when you are here you feel taken care of.
Even if you don’t have kids you should stop by for a great space to work or to take some coffee to go.
And if you need a great space for a party, they have amazing all inclusive options at great prices.
This is absolutely a small business you want to show all the love, because they literally love you right back.

Definitely a fan! I’ve been hearing great things about Milk & Beans and we finally stopped in with some friends. It’s so cute, bright, and clean. I’m so impressed with how everything is being constantly wiped down and kept organized – even in the midst of kiddos playing.

My coffee and muffin were delicious and the staff is SUPER friendly! They took all the anxiety out of play dates.

I tried to pickup the toys some and was very sweetly told that it was all taken care of and to go enjoy my coffee – how often do moms hear that? They’re my new best friends!

They have trains, books, a play kitchen/laundry area, and pickier triangle and all kinds of goodies.

We’ll definitely be back soon! Such a great local business to support. We’ve been to a few play cafes in the area and this is by far our favorite.

Be sure to bring socks for little feet since the play area is socks only!
