I ordered take out. Waited five minutes at the speaker to order. Waited 10 minutes for my food. I ordered egg rolls and they weren’t in the bag. I looked at my receipt and they didn’t even charge me for them. I was already home when I realized. I wasn’t going to drive back up there.
Food doesn’t have much flavor at all. Honestly it taste horrible.
My husband wouldn’t even eat his food.
Honestly I wouldn’t recommend eating here to anyone.

A decent fast food Chinese place. Did is pretty good. Service is average. Dull atmosphere.
I personally think they are a bit pricey for Chinese, but to each their own.
It’s ok when better restaurants are not an option. In that case, the food definitely hits the spot.

New Year’s Eve 2024. Great crab Rangoon. Crispy and creamy. Orange chicken was good but I have had better there was some pieces that were a bit dry. The low main had a good noodle to vegetable ratio. I thought it was pretty good. My fortune cookie said don’t dwell on things you cannot change.

Ordered on the app. When I went to the drive thru, they couldn’t find my order. They said they found it and told me to pull around. They were waiting on my chicken. Waited 15 minutes and then received a text that it was ready. Waited another 10 minutes and finally went inside. 6 people working and no one knew anything.. no one could give me an explanation of where or what happened to my order. At that point I just wanted a refund. I got an apology and was told I’d see my refund in 48 hours. They didn’t offer me anything else. Just shrugged their shoulders.

Same experience as others on the broccoli and beef. Received one and half pieces of beef and a lot of broccoli (first 2 pictures). Informed the store (not asking for anything just notifying them of the proportions) and the offered to correct the matter at my next visit. Restaurant was exceptionally clean, super fast & friendly service, and good tasting Asian fast food (verified by an Asian). Second visit remaining pictures.

Order online by their app. Get there no rice for 35 minutes. No note through app or email looking for replacement item. Verbally make the change when I’m there now to get food. Only to be told one of the entrees is also not ready and I’ll STILL have to wait. High noon seems like you’d have food ready.
Do yourself a favor and eat across the street at Hibachi Express. I know I will

Sat at the drive thru waiting for someone to answer. After several minutes I drove off, saw the employee standing at the window playing on his phone. This is the second time I’ve stopped at this location to attempt to get food. Same thing both times. Absolutely poor customer service!! I don’t live near any other location a d rarely get the chance to stop by this one. Now I’ve tried to get food twice with no success.

unfortunately, my partner and I went here one evening and both ordered a chicken bowl. later that night, we both were running fevers, vomiting and had diarrhea. we were achy and sick for 24 hours. when we inspected our leftovers, it was clear that some of the chicken we ate was raw. eat at your own risk but I know I won’t ever be going back here
