I recently had a very disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A, and I feel it needs to be acknowledged. The cashier, whose name was Luke, was extremely rude and argumentative toward me. When I politely asked for some extra napkins, he raised his voice and responded in a threatening and completely unnecessary manner. This kind of reaction over such a simple request was shocking and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with Luke’s attitude. On previous visits he has come across as combative and unhelpful, but this time was by far the worst. Chick-fil-A is known for great customer service, friendliness, and respect, which makes experiences like this even more disappointing. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated when I should have left feeling satisfied.I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should be treated that way—especially over something as small as napkins. If this is how certain employees are allowed to behave, it reflects poorly on the location as a whole. I truly enjoy Chick-fil-A’s food, but the service at this location needs major improvement.

I ordered online and my partner picked up our order. He got home and my son (who is special needs) bit into his sandwich and immediately spit it out. He can’t tolerate pickles and I had ordered it without but unfortunately it came with. As a result, I had to drive back to the restaurant to get his sandwich remade. We live about 10-12 minutes from the restaurant. I understand everyone makes mistakes. And normally I’d just say, pull the pickles off and eat it anyway. But he is very sensitive to the taste and can’t do it. So, off I went. It was just one of those unfortunate situations. However, I will say they made it right and apologized, which is great. I did not have to pay for the new sandwich.

I normally have good experiences at Chick-fil-A, but today was different. I ordered from the parking lot and went inside to pick up my food. Staff greeted multiple customers around me, but didn’t acknowledge me at all. When my order was ready, the employee looked at my name, said they didn’t know how to pronounce it, and set the food aside without calling me or attempting to ask. I had to walk up and ask if that was my order.

This is the second time I’ve experienced this same type of treatment at two different locations. It’s disappointing to feel overlooked while other customers are greeted and assisted immediately. Customer service is supposed to be the brand standard here, and today it wasn’t shown to me at all.

I’m sharing this so it can be corrected — every customer deserves the same respect and effort, regardless of who they are or what their name sounds like.

Everytime I come here the workers are incredibly kind and genuine no matter how long the lines are!

Like today, I made a curbside order before leaving the house and once I get there- it’s snowing! I didn’t even realize how cold it was and felt terrible for making them walk outside to bring it to me but the older gentleman who served my food was all smiles and so kind even when I apologized about not checking the weather sooner!

This is by far the SLOWEST Chick Fil A I’ve ever been to. Not just this visit, but EVERY visit. I dread coming to this drive thru as I know I’ll be in the line anywhere from 20-30 mins. Idk what’s the deal here if they have a different standard/time frame for drive thru but it’s literally terrible.

Extremely hard area to get in and out of. The waffle fries were extremely salty (first time ever for any location). They didn’t put my mayonnaise in the bag after saying it twice and then the employee repeating it back twice.
No big deal. Just in an awkward area with extremely busy roads/intersection. Little sketchy around there now.

Was not very attentive. I asked for a Chick-fil-A deluxe large, got a medium. They corrected the fries did not correct. The drink when they did correct the drink. I said light ice and they put a whole cup of ice in there.

What is there to say it’s chick fil A
I mean if you haven’t eaten there yet you are missing out I have yet to and I hope I am not messing things up for myself eating there and didn’t like it stuff that sounds like it will taste bad to me they change my mind even things I have had and didn’t like they come out with it and I forgot why I didn’t like it nothing ever left un eating so if you haven’t eaten there yet what are you waiting for and if you have you no what I mean great place great food great service every time thanks
