If you go through the drive thru, they will have you pull up and wait by the door EVERY TIME. I got a biscuit and coffee and waited in line for almost 10 minutes and I still got pulled up for the coffee. Bad attitudes, slow service, and inconsistent food.

Usually I love this McDonald’s and it’s my go to if I want McDonald’s and tonight was just not where I wanted it to be I mean we paid almost 4 bucks for a large fry for it to be this empty. That was getting shared between two people and I’m just so unhappy with it.

Placed an order on the app, when I showed up, there was signs saying they closed at 9 so I drove around to see if I could talk to someone about canceling the order. Sat at the window for 10 minutes while I watched someone inside ignore me even though I saw them spot me outside the window. I finally left and called the store. They ignored my call twice and picked up on the third call and pretended like they never saw me and they couldn’t do anything about getting me a refund or canceling my order. She also had the most condescending voice I’ve ever heard. I stop at this location a couple times a week on my way home from work cause it’s one of only a couple options but after that terrible customer service, I’ll stick to Taco Bell

Put in a mobile order and expected it to be ready when I picked it up however I wound up waiting for about 15 minutes after I arrived. Also when did they stop putting napkins in orders, it’s the sort of thing a civilized human being expects to receive with any meal I would imagine I didn’t get any ketchup with my fries either :/

Don’t ever order ice cream on app. They are always cleaning the machine. And you can’t get refunds. So you have to settle for something sub. Like a aple pie. Its a rip off. Shameful.

I asked for a mcchicken meal and the worker put on the meal deal with the nuggets.
I didn’t even know this was a thing so I politely tried to tell her I meant to just get the mcchicken meal. She was extremely rude and she said “you asked for the MEAL DEAL it comes with nuggets.” And was overall completely unprofessional. I didn’t complain or anything and was very respectful but yall definitely need to train people on customer service.

Have never had an issue getting a pup cup from a McDonald’s until today. Whole staff acted like they didn’t want to be there, except the person who ran our food out. Fries were very undercooked. Not excited to see the state my burger is in. I get it’s McDonald’s, but this is incredibly disappointing.

Not sure if the guy at the window hated my shake, my sandwich, or me, but as he shoved both the drink and bag at me in one go with a look of disgust and barely spoke to me, his eyes were closed, so I don’t think it was me. Food was hot though and good, shake was alright.

We usually love this mcdonald’s but my husband & i recently went through for lunch 2 days in a row and got burgers and they did not put onions on the burgers both times , which we paid for. We then called mcdonald’s to let them know and the employee that answered the phone proceeded to argue with us that he had watched them put onions, as we told him that there was none on the burgers, and then proceeded to hang up on us. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not be going back to this mcdonalds.

Just ordered at Mcdonalds on Western Ave for curbside pickup. Sat and waited for almost twenty minutes before I decided to go inside and see where my order was. They put my order on the door dash shelf. It had a ticket on it that said curbside. They really need to pay attention or learn to read
