Service was poor, it feels like theyre stuck in a mentality you would see from fast food. No nobody to seat you really, and it feels like a sit down fast food restaurant.

The food had really good presentation, however, little to no actual taste. They have a poor vendor for food quality and a reheat process that leaves the food flavorless. I spent 50 dollars to essentially be disappointed.

If youre looking for local seafood, this is not the place to go.

Its cool for a gimmick. If the gimmick was a well placed marketing team with the ground staff who gave up on the initial flavor and recipe for good food. This place was once flavorful, now it is Grey as walmart food.

I dont review food places unless they are worth it, it is worth nothing to myself atkeast that this place reheats poor food with poor craft. Sorry guys.

I would recommend juicy tails instead. Youll spend about the same and come out with flavor.

First time visiting. Very friendly staff.

The clam chowder was amazing. The spice and sauce on the blanketed shark was zesty. The shark was super tender and juicy

The scallops could have been charred a little bit more, but very tasty

Food was overall good. The branzino was cooked well—super flaky and flavorful. The catfish batter was a little bland, but the blackened shrimp were good. The tuna tartare was delicious with a hint of spice, and the crab bisque was really good too. Service is always just alright since the servers seem to be covering tables and the bar at the same time. The vibe is great though—perfect spot to hang out and watch Sunday night football.

Let me be honest, if I would have left this review after my first two visits earlier this summer this place would have been 5 stars. I was so impressed with their seafood menu selection, great service, and their smart marketing with the free sample platter they bring out and their return coupon they give you at the end of your meal. However, all that has changed now when they redid their menu, got rid of samples and coupons, and unfortuantely the service went downhill too. Our last two visits were pretty awful and it bummed us out b/c I was recommending Fish City Grill to everyone after out great first visits. But now I do not think we will be back. Their new menu is missing quite a few of the items we loved including grilled oysters, cobb salad, and jalapeno soup. They also got rid of the GENIUS idea to have a “Welcome Wagon” free sample platter that they bring out to new guests featuring their soups and oysters. They also used to offer you a 20% off return coupon after your 1st visit and apparently they do not offer that anymore either. The daily samples seem to be the best menu items now. My husband had the swordfish and the flounder (i think) on our first two visits and absolutely loved it. I also have tried the shrimp and grits which was great and my whole family likes the gumbo. Like I said we loved the grilled oysters when we orignally came and were so happy to find good ones here in AR and now they are off the menu! They have a signature appetizer which is oyster nachos and I just am not impressed. They are individual chips topped with a fried oyster and completely covered with too much pico. The oyster is good but the chip falls apart and the pico is too much. I have also had the lobster grilled cheese which was ok
but the super smoky bacon was overwhelming on the sandwich and took over the flavor of the lobster. Our last visit the service was rushed, not friendly, and not anything like the great servers we had previously. Also the restaurant was having venting issues and was literally full of smoke, so much that we almost had to leave with my husband’s asthma. Overall, it was just a disappointing last visit and new menu overall. They went from 5 stars to 3….and lost a family of new customers.

Very cool beachy atmosphere right in the middle of Rogers. We tried the oyster nachos and gumbo appetizers which did not disappoint. We got two of their specials, the Mahi tacos and Redfish, both were delicious. The sides were as good as the main entree. The kids also liked their peach tea. We were seated quickly and had great service. Overall we would definitely return!

We checked in at Fish City Grill in Rogers at 6:53 PM and were told the wait would be 20–25 minutes. After 30 minutes with no text update, we went back inside and noticed a large number of people still waiting. When I finally asked the host about our place on the list, he said our name was not on the waitlist. He apologized and said he would seat us next, but several other parties were seated before us. Eventually, we were taken to a booth where the seats and table were visibly wet. I had to use napkins from our silverware to dry the seats, table, and menus myself.

It took about 10 minutes before we were greeted and our drink orders were taken. We placed our food order right away since we had already had plenty of time to decide while waiting. The server’s attitude came across as dismissive and rushed. I asked a simple question about the size comparison of two oyster options on the menu, since I’ve had their Gulf oysters before and know they are typically large. I was told the oysters I was ordering were “a little smaller.” At $44 per dozen, I expected a reasonable size, but the oysters that arrived were extremely small, on average about the size of a half dollar. The smallest I’ve ever received at this restaurant.

After roughly 35 minutes, my son’s plate (fried catfish and corn) was brought out alone. Our entrées arrived about 10 minutes later. My wife’s Cajun étouffée was noticeably bland, which was surprising given this restaurant’s history of strong, flavorful dishes. Over the years, this has been a go-to spot for us, and the food quality has traditionally been much better.

We’ve also noticed changes over the past several months. Staff uniforms replacing the former casual attire, higher menu prices, smaller portions, and a general decline in quality and service. The person I understand to be the owner was present, walking around with an open laptop and gathering servers periodically, but there was no visible engagement with customers despite the long wait times and service issues.

After finishing our meal, we sat with empty plates for another 10–15 minutes before our server returned so we could ask for the check. The interaction at checkout was brief and impersonal.

We’ve dined here for years and have given multiple chances, but this visit marked the third consecutive disappointing experience. Prices have increased significantly while food quality, portion sizes, and service have all declined. Based on this pattern, we’ve decided this will be our last visit.

Great spot close to everything! Stumbled upon this place when traveling and really enjoyed! The food was absolutely great and very affordable. The highlight for me was the bartender who served me Regan! She was awesome, attentive, and was kick butt behind the bar! I will be back to see her on my next trip! Must check out and say HI to Regan! Also get the shrimp!!

Blakely did a great job ! I was impressed. She got busy fast ‍♀️, since we arrived at opening on Mother’s Day. I just happened to mention that we had never been here before, and she suggested a free sampler plate . We tasted 4 different soups and an oyster nacho . The soups we excellent . She kept our water glasses full. The calamari appetizer was not up to our standards . The four entrees met our standards. We plan to come back again whenever we are in the area. We live 3 hours away.

We had a great meal here. We felt very fortunate to be eating out because we ate here the day after the Rogers tornado. It sure did some damage. For our meal I got the Grilled Chicken and Andouille Sausage ($18.48) and my wife got the Garlic Caper Grilled Salmon ($21.49). Man this food was good. Grilled chicken and sausage on top of red beans and rice, it doesn’t get much better than that. Everything was seasoned just right and had good flavor. My wife really enjoyed her salmon as well. To top it all off, I asked if they had any ice cream. I asked them to get me a couple of scoops of ice cream with some chocolate syrup. Perfect way to end a good meal.

Service wise, it was good. They allowed us to visit and to talk. Place wasn’t too busy so all in all, I really liked it. I would highly recommend this place based on what we had. Good stuff.

Truly excellent food. Worth traveling for. Event food. The blackened swordfish and gumbo were marvelous. The oysters were a treat. The bread pudding was first rate. The waitress was sweet and attentive and the wine was good. The only problem was that everything arrived within about seven minutes. So pacing was a problem. But management very kindly addressed this. Despite this one problem, I would not only return here, I would look forward to it. Highly, highly, recommend.
