I have tried ordering from this place a few times . Food is always sloppy and as a paying customer people deserve to receive what they pay for. Each time I have gone in this store the bathrooms are so nasty. The store is always a mess . Definitely would not recommend eating at this store.

Food is standard but do noooot hit up this drive thru. Ever. Go to the one by Walmart or in Portsmouth. We were stuck in the line for almost fifteen minutes before ever even getting to place our order. No one acknowledged the wait and then the man at the window was rude. Asked for the avocado verde sauce and was even willing and ready to pay for it and he looked at me like I’d grown an extra head. The drive thru is blocked in so even if you experience regret you can’t get out without hopping a curb. Receipt said it was Leigh Ann at the register but I don’t believe it was. It was a guy. Rang out at 10:19 on 12/20. Will literally never waste my time here again.

Rarely go to Taco Bell & today reminded me why that is. Went through drive through. Got chalupas & Burritos. Hamburger doesn’t taste like real meat. Yuck. Ordered cinnamon twists, got down the road & they’re weren’t in the bag. Definitely not a meal worth $24!

WORST GENERAL MANAGEMENT TO EVER EXIST! Beware do not stop here unless you feel like wasting your money and being criticized by the GM she’s a very rude and entitled lady she does not care about the company at all! As long as she doesn’t have to actually do her job she’s okay but she 110% is not fit to run any business of this capacity. Other than that the food is probably better than the rest in the area but not good enough to make me want to stop in anywhere that she works! AVOID the Small lady with glasses if you ever find yourself at the restaurant!

I ordered the NEW Cantina Chicken Bowl with no red cabbage, extra rice, and no chicken for $7.99, and this is what I received. The part that really pushed my buttons was when the employee, who was disheveled and looking like she was half asleep, just stared at me with the most straight face I have ever seen, not saying a word for close to 20 seconds when I asked where the other ingredients were. She said those shriveled tomatoes were Pico and “I know the ingredients, I work here.” So then you know this isn’t close to what I ordered? We waited inside for 18 minutes just to get this. Do better New Boston Taco Bell. This wasn’t close, and she knew it.

9/14 830pm order for here…guy that took our order super friendly very customer oriented n repeated order to ensure no mistakes. Food was correct, hot and yummy. To my surprise, lobby was very clean, restrooms very clean and even the kitchen area I could see was very clean and that’s something you don’t see too often in fast food! I’m keeping my business with New Boston rather than nasty Portsmouth.

Worst experience. Ordered 45 dollars worth of food and of course they forgot something so pulled back to the drive thru and the girl working the speaker rudely said her manager said it was there. Which it was not well pulled to the window then the manager came to the window and rudely said it was there and I said it wasn’t and he could check the bag proving it was not there and he shoved a bag in the window and slammed the window closed when I asked for his name! A “manager” should not be calling a customer a liar.

Went there today because experience at Newboston Taco Bell a few weeks ago was bad go to burg restaurant today dude was rude to me all cause I wanted to give him my drive thru code at the drive thru window cause it takes it a minute to load on my phone he said I can’t accept a drive thru code at the window but he definitely has no manners when it comes to working with the public I won’t be going back there I don’t understand why people gotta have such attitude!!!!

Came through the drive-through employees were outside talking to someone in a van. My fiancé and I came through got a number six and a Mexican pizza paid for a food got home. Everything was cold the drink that she ordered with her Mexican pizza was carbonated water and she was supposed to get a sprite. I feel like people in fast food are lacking at their jobs, they need to do better
