We came here on a warm spring day after lunch nearby. The store was very cute and clean. It was a little confusing at first on where to enter to order; there were two aisles leading to the counter. There were a few tables inside and outside. The service provided by the employee was friendly and quick.
I had the churro ice cream on a waffle cone; omg, that was so good and tasted like cinnamon toast crunch cereal in milk (as the employee had described). My toddler had the marshmallow sky ice cream, which had marshmallow and chocolate chip cookie dough; he loved it of course. The prices were steep but it was worth it. We ate our ice creams outside on their patio. I really enjoyed my visit and will be back on another cheat day!

Delicious ice cream, but with a 15% tip, I just spent over nine dollars on about a quarter cup of ice cream in a plain sugar cone, no toppings. Should’ve gone to the grocery store to get a couple of pints.

I hired Ben & Jerry’s to serve their ice cream during the reception after my mother’s “Celebration of Life” service. She loved ice cream and I think she would have been very pleased with the whole celebration. People were still sad about my Mom’s passing but I heard joyful sounds throughout the social hall so I achieved what I had hoped for her.

So overpriced- $30 for 1 small milkshake and 2 cones is ridiculous. The cones were stale/ over baked but they were extremely hard. The grocery stores don’t even charge $10/ pint! Glad my little one enjoyed it but that’s the last visit we’ll go in person!

We had patronized this location multiple times over the years with the family. Our last experience a few months ago has us not returning. We always ordered the “Mini-Vermonster.” The kids loved to create and eat it. On this visit we were informed that the owner said this item could no longer be offered because “they weren’t making any money on it.” We thought the server was kidding…but he was actually being honest. Anyone that visits Ben & Jerry’s doesn’t go there if they are concerned about the cost. I asked why it was still listed on the menu, and was told they were not sure. I also watched a young man stick one of his gloved fingers into his ear multiple times while serving customers…DISGUSTING!!! I shared our questions and concerns with corporate about this experience, they didn’t respond back. Unfortunately now national chains often lack the care and support for their businesses versus locally owned shops. Thankfully there are many great choices in the area for ice cream that we visit now.

I was with my family, a total of 5 of us, around 8 PM on 8/19/23 and there was only one person working there. I think her name was Ella as it said on my receipt, she had long brown hair. The line was very long and she was working very hard to serve multiple customers, multiple orders (including milkshakes and ice cream scoops), while also ringing them all up at the same time. All the while, she maintained very friendly and courteous service! We made sure to leave her a tip, but it is not fair of Ben and Jerry’s to leave their employees stranded alone like this during a busy time. There was another person working in the back as we spotted, but they did not know to come out and help. I will give 4 stars as the service was spectacular, but only due to the girl who helped all of us by herself. I think Ben and Jerry’s needs to make sure that their employees are adequately supported during shifts because it can be very stressful for just one person to handle. Please make an effort to support your employees.
