We just visited the Olive Garden in Canton. Jeff was our waiter he exuded the definition of excellence. Having worked for Marriott I am kinda picky about customer service. Flawless service if I could give him 20 stars I would. This particular location everyone was warm and welcoming I observed how everyone was friendly . I would recommend to all to visit Olive Garden in Canton. We drove from Alpharetta totally worth the drive. Thank you

We were celebrating my granddaughter‘s birthday so we had about 10 people. Our server s name was CJ! He was Amazing with perfection! The food was really good and such a great atmosphere! We all had a great experience! They are fortunate to have such a great server , CJ who made the night extra fun and special!

Love this location. This is our local Olive Graden. Stopped in for a quick lunch. Pictured is kids cheese ravioli with extra cheese on top, of course, and some grapes. I ordered the lunch portion of Fettuccine Alfredo and added grilled chicken. This is normally my go-to. Our waitress was super friendly. Her service was on point. I wish I had remembered her name. I’ve always had great food and great service here as well as generous portions. The bathrooms are clean and well kept.

Food was really bad. Chicken parm, lasagna, Alfredo, soups were like a cheap warmed up frozen tv dinner. Chicken was really sad.
Eggplant was okay as well as the spaghetti.

You definitely need to change your hostess staff! We were there Sunday around 1 pm and JENNI in the front gave us attitude while arriving and asking for a table. This is the type of people that drive business away and make you have lunch elsewhere. Put a smile on your face, if you don’t want to work in the hospitality business go find another job instead of giving us the Gen Z stare. Our server Kyle was pretty awesome though! Thanks for turning it around!

Got my main entree before my appetizers. Waitress never got me a refill on my drink, nor did she check on us at akl during the whole service. Usually Olive Garden is excellent, maybe she was having a bad day.

Update: They have been great the last 2 times I went. Fast service and new menu choices. Also, I have grown to love the Italian dressing!
Love the breadsticks and unlimited cheese dip the most! I’m not a big pasta person, but the family likes this place. It takes a while to get the food and not happy the choices given are only Ranch or Italian dressing?!
