Waiter was super fast, bot quick like I want to give you a good experience but quick like, we are busy and I wanna turn this table to get another one kinda quick (tip). Kudos to his eye on the ball but the guest shouldn’t realize it. Steak was severely under cooked. Showed it to my waiter he went straight to the manager and he (manager) was condescending. Just bad all around.

After watching them struggle to seat a party of three in front of us she told us there would be a ten to fifteen minute wait because they were short handed servers after looking at her screen for two minutes.
We were then seated 2 minutes later.

Went to grab dinner after we was at a dealership picking up a new vehicle. Found longhorn near the Walmart we went to. Was greeted politely at the door and was told 15 minute wait so we decided to sit at the bar and eat.
The bar seating was open and enough seats, it was clean and could watch the TV. The bartender came over asked us for our drinks and gave us menus. We ordered the food while he stood at the Register taking the order not even walking over to us to take the order. There was other servers who brought us our food. The bartender again stood at the Register and asked how it was. I asked if they had any aujus he plainly said No.. never asked if we wanted any steak sauce or any other type. He did ask if 1 of us wanted another beer, but not if I needed more water. We finished eating he finally reappeared with our bill asked if we wanted any desert? We said no thanks and he put the bill down. We paid the bill and left. If it wasnt for the clean eating area, good food, easy accessible location and parking i dont think I’d gave 3 stars since e the service kind of ruined it for us.

As I am writing this while getting ready for our food, I already notice how clean everything is. Smells amazing, and the tables are pretty much spotless. The service is top notch as well, even to the children- treating them as if they are celebrities. The drinks got here extremely fast too! Surprising for 11 people. They also included free bread! Not a big deal to everyone, but I am a certified bread lover so like yeah- Took a bit of time for the food but what would you expect for this many people lol. Food’s extremely filling!- But at the same time extremely good!

Always an outstanding experience. The managing partner and the entire management team always go above and beyond to meet their guests needs. My only complaint is the god-awful birthday song that the employees are forced to sing when a guest request that this be done. It’s incredibly obnoxious and should be abolished immediately. Other than that the food is fantastic and the service is second to none.

My son and I had dinner here the other night. We were quickly seated. LongHorn has a good menu – there are lots of options. My son ordered a steak, which he said was grilled to his liking. I ordered the grilled lemon garlic chicken, which was amazing! I always order steamed broccoli to go with it, and they make it perfectly every time. I have dietary restrictions, and the chefs have always complied with my special requests, which I’m so grateful for. Our portions are always massive, especially when ordering a salad as one of our sides. We usually have leftovers after each visit.
The restaurant is generally busy, and for good reason. I can say that the staff are very attentive to their customers, frequently checking on you to make sure everything is to your perfection and topping off drinks. We really enjoy dining here. Because of our frequent visits, we have become acclimated with some of the wait staff, whom we love. They have always been courteous and friendly and treat you like family. I highly recommend giving this establishment a try if you get the chance.

We had lunch here today. Food was good, as always. What I wanted to point out was the customer service. A patron had fallen behind the restaurant, bystanders called EMS. I thought someone inside should know, so I pulled one of there (clearly very busy) bar staff aside to let her know. She stopped everything she was doing, and ran to the back of house for a manager. He was out the door in seconds. These are people who put others above all else. Thanks for stepping up and acting quickly, Longhorn of Wooster! Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season.

Husband and I both had steak. Mine was a little tough and his was definitely not medium rare as ordered. Unfortunately we both had stomach aches the next day. Maybe the salad or steak? Our waitress, however was wonderful! Kept our glasses filled and met our needs regarding extra butter.
