Boasting the attributes of most full-service, sit-down Mexican food restaurants, Rosa’s Cafe is unique in having an express drive-thru window to complement their authentic and colorful interior decor. Whether dining in or using the drive-thru, customers can be assured that their service will be incredibly fast and delicious.

We paid over 30’dollars for tacos and were served meat only and then told we would be charged extra to have lettuce, cheese and tomatoe. The food was not worth it and the soda was flat. A as I would avoid this place at all

The food was really good with lots of condiments and extras for you to choose from. I think the margaritas could be a little better because mine just tasted like a very sweet limeade, with no liquor. Other than that, everything was really good. I’ll go back and hopefully, will get a really tasty margarita!

I love coming here! The place is clean and the colorful decorations are really cute — it just feels nice and cozy. The service is quick too. I’m a big fan of the freshly made tortillas, and my little daughter loves watching them being made right in front of us.

Poor customer service. We spent over $100. Cashier could not get our order correct. Finally got correct, but failed to make it TO GO though we had told her several times. They took our order back to pack TO GO. When we got home, 40 miles away, we were missing $16 worth of tamales. Since we paid cash, I couldn’t call to get them to put back on my card. I do have the cash receipt.

Occasionally I visit Rosa’s Café & Tortilla Factory where overall one of my favorite casual Mexican restaurants. It’s a place where you first order your food, claim your seating, and then wait for your number to be called out. There are monitors on the walls displaying your number like bingo until your number is called. The place had a great fun atmosphere to absorb you into the Mexican culture. It seems most items on menu had a photo of what you are ordering I case new to Mexican food.
I ordered the Chicken Fajita Plate however was told it would take a bit longer to prepare for I replied it was ok. It did take a bit longer but was worth it. The plate had Rosa’s famous mesquite-flavored grilled chicken tenders, bell peppers and onions, Mexican rice, and refried beans. Apparently can with it out with black beans. There was also an edible taco bowl with guacamole, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, and a jalapeño to spice it up along with lots of four tacos.
I made two large tacos with the ingredients given to me and the check had great charred flavor from the grill. Wrapped in thick flour tortillas it was great. The rice and beans were also good to complement the tacos.

Ordered nachos, this is the 2nd time it’s really skimpy, literally no beans on it, and the meat was cold and flavorless… grew up loving this place, because the fresh food and made from scratch tortillas, now, it’s just over-priced mediocre food that isn’t even full servings or worth the price.. the oriental lady that’s a manager up front is also always very rude.

I tried Rosas since I was in the area to buy a few things. I got the cheese enchilada meal, and I first want to say that the rice and beans were amazing. It was the part of the meal I enjoyed the most. As for the flour tortillas, they were pretty good, and you can tell they’re homemade, but they were just a tad thick and a bit chewy. Still better than most restaurants though. I rated lower because the enchiladas were almost inedible. They had the perfect softness I always look for but the sauce was incredibly salty and did not taste homemade. I had to try and scrape off as much as I could to enjoy the enchilada itself. Overall, the food was good, but maybe don’t get the enchiladas.

New customer, I loved the atmosphere, style, and food. Felt very homey! At a such growing/expensive city, Rosa’s Café maintained their delicious food at a great price for all to enjoy. I spent my time eating and studying and felt comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to take a great bite and enjoy a beautiful setting.

Best Mexican food in town! We now go every week for Taco Tuesday. I absolutely love the atmosphere there and the colorful decorations. My favorite dish is the fajita plate because the meat is so flavorful and tender, and the sides are all immaculate. They even have a free refill station and salsa and pico station.
