It just another fast food place, I like the idea of ordering through a kiosk but some people can’t use it, so it will take them more time that others.

Food is always A+. I like the new set up. Sometimes I just want to go eat and not ve bothered by anyone. If you feel like that, this is your place. You walk in, order at the kiosk, it will print you a QR code to scan for your drink, go find a table, wait til they call your number, go get your food, eat and enjoy.

We ordered our food and shakes on the kiosks, which are the only way to order in the Elizabethtown, KY location. In the end we paid for all extras and when we got our order all we were told is the have no toppings, cherries or cookies but did not even offer any reimbursement. Pretty sad to handle a business like that.

Burgers are good and it ends there. Shakes are cheap chemically flavored over sweetened garbage. Eating inside is a hassle, with ordering via kiosk is mandatory and you have to scan your receipt just to get a refill or fill your drink. Worst fast food experience in ages, especially for a place that’s supposed to be old fashioned. Another soon to be closed company killed by corporate greed and stupidity.

This is a hollow shell of what it once was. Everything that made steak and shake what it was is gone. Food prices are doubled. No service at ALL. Was looked at like I was stupid when I asked if I seat myself or wait. This is no longer the resteraunt i grew up loving. Had not been since 2019…… and will not ever be going back.
The fries were old and stale. But the steakburger was delicious.
One positive is that It didn’t take 2 hours to make our shake.

My son and I went in for lunch today and ordered 2 meals then her ordered a shake separately, right after I ordered the food. Our food came out quickly and was good, but we never got our shake. We continued eating and figured it woukd come out shortly. But it never came out, 20 mins later when we asked the manager about it she said it was coming right up. Still had to ask several times before someone made it. Once made it was out in someone else’s to go order and the manager had to take it out if that order and hand it to us. So 25 mins after ordering the shake we got it and with just a oh sorry about that…

if i could give zero stars i would, the service is terrible, you have to scan to get a drink and it barely works, you have to scan it multiple times. you can’t even talk to anyone to order your food, this is horrible. i will not go back.
