I drove an hour to check out Hillbilly Seafood based on the reviews I had read. This place does not disappoint. The seafood is amazing. We had the crab cakes, hush puppies, shrimp tacos, and some fried shrimp. Everything was amazing. The crab cakes were the best I’ve ever had. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about seafood and only sources the absolute best ingredients. This place is a gem for anyone with Celiac disease looking for gluten free seafood. We will definitely be back.

I look at this place every time we drive by, but today…. I finally stopped. The fish sandwich was excellent! Messy, but that makes it even better somehow. We will definitely be back to try more items. I was eyeing the crab cake, is it real crab or imitation? Anyways, keep up the great work. Best place I’ve ever ate in Pulaski!!

Best seafood in a long time. Ordered the 1pc catfish plate and it was more than enough for me. Could have easily made it 2 if not 3 meals but shared it instead. Will be going again. I never thought a food truck would have the best seafood in town.

Tried this little place today while working in the area. My husband and I both had the Mexican shrimp & grits. It was absolutely amazing! I’m picky about grits (most people don’t cook them long enough!) & these were perfect ! We will definitely be back when we work in the area again 🙂

Visited here for the first time — it won’t be the last. The fish was perfectly cooked, not greasy, not overly breaded and the fact that it is gluten free is a big plus. The service was great and the owner was very friendly. This will be the place we go for fish and seafood.

I asked for them to show me what they had, i wanted the best plate of food they had to offer… MAN did they deliver, a slab of tuna fit for royalty, shrimp and grits, im sorry im partial to my wives recipe, but to even come close to hers is a feat every other recipe Will never achieve.. Their recipe did just that.

I couldn’t be happier. When in the area. I WILL stop again.

We finally tried this gem out this week. The catfish filets and jumbo shrimp were amazing!!! The service was excellent and my daughter was so excited to have another gluten free option. Thank you for going the extra mile to provide good quality food that is safe for someone with celiac disease to eat and enjoy.

Best food truck I’ve been to in years , if not in general. The owner is sharp , educated, passionate. I got a wild salmon med rare with Cajun coleslaw. And the coleslaw was sweet spicy with just the right amount of sour and just loved how it paired
With the salmon . I will be back and regret not stopping sooner . Please visit us at highforestreleaf dispensary and we will take care of you as well . Thank you so much for doing it right . 🙂
