This Jersey Mike’s store in Cedar Falls is the best we’ve gone to in the chain They are quick with orders, efficient with getting sandwiches made, and have just a. great all-around attitude about customer service. Needs more meat and cheese! I ordered extra cheese yet I only had a one slice layer, if that’s extra they must only put it on half the sub. I was extremely disappointed. Tasted good but did not fill me up. They sell 7 inch subs by weight not legnth, should not make a difference for 18.00 chips and sub should be hearty enough to satisfy even a fat guy like me. Sub city is much better and their 6″ is plenty for a fat guy like me and costs less. Sub city is #1 for a reason…lesson learned.

First time in. Ordered the original Mike’s way. Was a little stunned by the cost of the sub, but boy, do they put on a healthy serving of meats. It was so good! I’ll assure you I’ll be back again!

First Time: Packed on a Saturday Early Afternoon, standing in line, the structure could have been a little better although standing room was pretty much shoulder to shoulder or hip to hip the atmosphere was very friendly both customers and workers behind the counter. I wanted to dine in but changed my mind, perhaps on a day without so many people because seating and standing/ ordering room are so very close to each other. The Chicken Philly was ok, nothing fancy, just a chicken, Philly. price wise, about $37.00 I purchased 2 Giant Philly sandwiches. I’m from Texas, and Giant is well, not Giant to me at all, nothing personal, just saying. This price did not include chips or drink, but naturally, you could add it to the order. Would I go back? Yes, to try out their sub sandwiches. You can tip, I did about $5.00 total $42.00 dollars overall…

Only picked up sandwiches here. The food is good. A nice variety from subway and Jimmie Johns, but still has that corporate flavor that you expect out of chain restaurants. A bit over priced.

The manager on duty at 3pm on 8/9/25 is horrible to his staff. It was so uncomfortable being in there. I felt horrible for the staff. They were walking on eggshells. To the staff today that worked. You all did a great job from talking with us to taking care of our sandwiches. You all had such great customer service skills. To the guy who made the Sandwiches that your manager made a seen and threw it in the trash. I’m truly sorry for that. No manager belittle team members in front of other staff or customers

First, this is not a review about the food. The quality of the food is always great in any town I visit. Flavor and consistency are on point. This is a review of the slow motion employees at the Cedar Falls store. The franchise owners need to look at the cameras and provide some training. Now, I get it, help is hard to come by these days.
This is the second time my order was wrong in CF. My order is not hard or complicated in any way. #5, Mike’s Way, pepper relish. That’s it.
I don’t think the employees could move slower. It was like their hands and feet were anchored in concrete. I have never seen the slicer and the sandwich maker move so slow. Even the guy that was wrapping and bagging the sandwich was moving slower than -30 degree F hot honey. Y’all need to get some “freaky fast” ASAP. There were 5 people in line, 3 people in front of me and I stood there for at least 15 minutes before someone came to take my order. I just about left but really wanted a Super Sub. PLEASE Help a fella out and get the team moving a bit faster than a sluggish snail on the verge of hibernation.
