This place is going down hill, they used to deliver. The food is also experiencing shrink-flation, it seems like they are trying to save products or something. Perhaps they gave the other half of my sandwich to someone else…..

I absolutely love chick-fil-a and their salads and don’t often dine in. The one night I decide to visit the local chick-fil-a, I noticed that this particular location has employees that are less than attentive. They had my order wrong and even forgot my drink — I had to ask multiple times for them to fix my order. I will say, the food quality is still good, but this is the first time I’ve been less than satisfied dining in a Chick-fil-a.

A couple years back got a piece of metal in my egg white grill sandwich, like a full on metal can pull tab, and hurt my tooth, I almost puked it was so disgusting. I contacted the manager, and the best they could do was “maybe” replace it. I felt it was a pretty big deal, and that they were lucky it was me who received it and not someone willing to sue, I mentioned that this was a big deal and they said “maybe they could switch the sandwich to a milkshake instead” not sure who runs this place now, but seems like they have a lack of care for their customers saftey, wouldnt go near this place again. Been scarred from Chick-fil-A since.

First time ordering at the table. The food was brought to the table, but not the drinks. The man who brought our food stated he would be right back with our drinks. He never returned. After 10 minutes or so, my wife walked to the counter and our drinks were sitting there. I later asked an employee standing at the counter if drinks were normally brought to the table with the food. She stated yes. She admitted that it was “their fault,” however offered no apology, so if you like eating your food without having anything to drink, you should order from the table.

Wow, this is a newly built chick-fil-a, and is top notch. The staff is, as always, extremely helpful and friendly. The atmosphere and seating is wonderful, this location even has an outdoor seating area and playground for kids on the inside. The food as expected is awesome and you can order from your table if you have a smart phone. Give this one a try if your in Easley, SC.

Absolutely love this Chick-fil-A location! Zero complaints, food is always ready in a timely manner and the staff are so friendly & helpful. Order is almost NEVER wrong and on the off chance that it is, they’re always kind when fixing that mistake. Will always come back here 🙂

This Chic Fil A is the best between Easley and Clemson, their service is good and I have never had an experience where I didn’t get what I ordered. Very friendly service, and the menu is in Spanish and English which I appreciated. I haven’t noticed that at some other places I have visited.
