Food is completely different with new management. My once loved pork spring rolls with amazing sauce is now plastic wrapped pork rolls with straight peanut sauce. Didn’t even give silverware. No longer my favorite spot.

Can’t say that I’ve had a bad meal here. It’s usually prepped in a visually appealing manner and looks to be made with fresh ingredients. The taste is right in line with the visual appeal as well: quite delicious.
Environment:
The restaurant is dimly lit and decorated in a traditional Asian manner. It has quite the relaxing feel. The noise levels are generally low as well.
Overall:
I’d recommend visiting and trying the food for yourself.

One of the best Pho places in Elk Grove. I have a few, but this is my go to place for Pho and grilled plates. Disappointed when I have that craving and they are closed on Monday, so I have to go across town to my next favorite. The brother owners there are just great, usually full of humor and very welcoming. Food is consistently delicious!

I love this place. My dad used to come here with my family before he passed and every time I am in town, I try to stop by. They are super friendly and the food is yummy. I come here for a bowl of pho. I would definitely recommend coming here for a quick bite or just stay to enjoy the atmosphere.

First impression: sticky tables. Even after a half-hearted attempt to wipe it down, it was still sticky after it dried. They explained that that’s just how the tables are. Once we got past that, the rest was good. Some lack of options on the menu… All the meat options were “well done”. What we got was pretty good, though. The garnish plate was just basil, bean sprouts, and a couple slices of jalapeño. The fresh spring rolls were also tasty. The amount of meat in the bowl was a bit spare. Overall, it’s a good place if you’re looking for some pho and don’t want to drive farther. I might be back, but likely I’ll just drive a bit farther next time.

Great place to eat cheap. The broth is good, the noodles are decent, the prices are good, and they dont screw up orders often. I myself am not fond of vegetables in my ramen. Id say 7/10 they get it right. Even if they get it wrong they correct the order

BEST PHO I’VE EVER TASTED!!! It’s Sunday night and my family and I decided to order chicken pho. LITERALLY EVERY place in Elk Grove stated they were “out of ingredients or out of food” I called Pho Dynasty and the man that answered the phone had stated they were closed already and asked what was my order so I replied I’m only ordering chicken pho and said ok I don’t do this but I’ll make an exception tonight. This man went above and beyond, made the pho for us and my family LOVED THE WAY IT IS MADE… Pho Dynasty is now our to go place EVERY TIME we cave a great plate of pho. Thank you for the last minute order. We definitely recommend this spot.
